Had really high hopes for this place and it disappointed.. when we first walked in we noticed that it had been updated & didn’t match the pictures. Which you would think was a good thing but flooring had air pockets all over. Very suspicious stains all over the walls. It was messy, we found a spilled beer can and plenty of trash all under and around furniture. No cleaning supply in sight (mop, broom, a working vac). Blinds in the living room were broken. Part of our group that slept on the couch out there didn’t feel comfortable with blinds being as broken as they were. Master bedroom shower didn’t work. Had to wait 3 days into our stay for them to fix it. We chose this place to accommodate 4 adults and 3 children. We ended up sharing 1 shower due to the second one not working. Contacted holiday, they sent out employees to Maintenance but even their employees told us they wouldn’t have stayed in this dump. Heart broken this stay went awful. They did nothing to help or ease our stress.

poor communication all around and a horrible person at the condos who had my car towed at 11 am the first morning while I was holding the rental contract up to her and tow truck driver. absolutely a joke.

Great neighborhood with a short walk to the beach and Northside Park. Easily accessible by bike to local shops and restaurants. My only complaint is that there were a few discrepancies in the listing. First the third bedroom did not have a couch that folded out to a twin bed. It was replaced with a toddler bed which did not meet our family’s needs. The ping pong table was not there. I was told there was drip and Keurig. I only saw the keurig. Not a big deal. Just a minor inconvenience. The dryer had a dangerous amount of lint in the lint trap. Be sure to check between rentals. Cute place with cute decor. We would consider staying again.

It was fine until we were accused of smoking in the unit. We are non smokers AND my husband uses oxygen!

I noticed the place doesn’t have sheets or paper towels. I also wanted to ask if there should be hand soap, dish soap for the dishwasher, or laundry detergent available, since we don’t see any here. Also, we will not be able to do the check-in online so we had to go all the way to the office which is far from the Airbnb and they could tell us to go straight to the office but instead we got first to the Airbnb and we had to drive 15 minutes to get into the office for us to be able to do the check-in

Location is good to walk to the beach and is near other restaurants. However the place wasn’t the cleanest. We knew no linens were provided but the mattress covers that were left on mattresses were dirty with hairs and dirt on it and one had what looked like several blood stains on it. Several of flies were inside when we got there and we had to get some fly traps. The unit itself was sufficient for the stay but we had to do cleaning of our own and it could’ve been nicer.

This home IS NOT ready to be rented out for the price…. Paid over 1500 for 3 nights and had giant ants with wings crawling in my mouth and all over our bed the first night, had to get exterminator the next day and sleep on the couch, WE HAD TO CLEAN IT OURSELVES AND STILL PAY CLEANING FEE FOR AIRBNB…AC was BROKEN from the time we got there Thursday afternoon until Saturday morning. Holiday vacation company was helpful but communication was poor, they had no regard for us staying in a house with no AC or fans for over half the stay while also having a dog there, we were fighting for our lives and they did not care. After showing pictures of bugs and explaining our situation, one lady had the audacity to act like this was a normal thing and we needed to get over it. Honestly horrible service, this place is a SCAM. Also driveway is dangerous for low cars, you WILL ruin your undercarriage, and they don’t care. Horrible birthday weekend, rip off, pulling teeth and still no refund.

I did have immediate concerns about cleanliness upon arrival. There was an odor and dirty dishes left in the dishwasher. We found trash in the bedroom along with a dirty sock left in the living room. The tub was dirty and was not draining water. I had messaged the host and received a delayed response as well. Wish the place was cleaned properly before arrival because it truly is in a great location.

I was pretty excited to find a place with such minimal rules, but I was disappointed after booking. Once I had already paid in full, the host informed me that there was an additional linen fee. This should have been clearly disclosed before payment, so I definitely felt blindsided by the extra charge. The check-in process was quick, and I appreciated being able to check in early. However, during both nights of our stay, we couldn’t get the balcony light to turn on. When I reached out to the host, they said they weren’t familiar with the layout of the house and couldn’t provide instructions, which wasn’t very helpful. There was quite a bit of sand on the couches, although that’s somewhat understandable given the property’s proximity to the beach. The neighbors also seemed to keep a close watch on guests, which made us feel a little uncomfortable. Additionally, only one trash bag was provided, with no extras available. Overall, it’s a nice place, but considering the unexpected fees an
