“The location of this hotel is beautiful. It is on the quiet end of the boardwalk but still only a short walk to all the restaurants and stores. While booking through Airbnb it was unclear that I was also booking through a third party hotel. They took down my information incorrectly (even though I already gave all my info to Airbnb) therefore I never received any of the emails they were sending me to let me know I had to check in at an entirely different location. I tried calling multiple times to get ahold of someone (apparently you need to call the maintenance line) to be told that you had to go to a different location three miles away to get the code to unlock the door. Since I wasn't receiving their emails, I also didn't realize that no sheets, pillowcases, towels, hand towels, or paper towels are included with the rental. It took days to finally be able to speak with someone.”

“This house was exactly as pictured, large and comfortable with two master suites which was a wonderful bonus! There were all the amenities listed and plenty of space for our extended family. We received a beautiful welcome gift and the management responded immediately to any and all issues that arose. Best of all, the yard was fenced in for our dog and we were within minutes of both the beach and the bay! We loved this home.”

“I stayed at one of there 26th st homes and it really nice. The only reason I didn’t give it a 5 is because the drive way. It’s not car friendly. If you have anything other than a suv or a truck, you are going to drag the underside of your car trying to get it. I rented it during cruise week so side parking was extremely limited. I practically was forced to mess up the underside of my car. But the house itself was amazing. It’s gives off old beach house/cabin vibes. It was a wonderful stay besides parking.”

“This place was not well taken care of. Diet caked on the ceiling by the vent. Weird odor coming from the vents. Maintenance wouldn’t come out that night. Next day said it was mildew and the cleaners aren’t doing a good job. Never offered an apology at check out or any type of refund. This will be the first and last time we stay with this rental company”
