“SCAM!!! Host never sent instructions on how to get inside. We drove 10 hours to get here. Called/texted several times with no answer. Waited around for two hours and finally had to call Airbnb support for help. They also had a hard time getting ahold of the host. Then got a notice that our trip was cancelled, while we were already here. Absolute scam. Do not book with this host!!”
