“We had a nice stay overall. The beach was beautiful, and the beachfront location was the clear highlight. We also appreciated that a few beach chairs were provided. The reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is mainly value. The home was priced in a range where we would compare it to other premium vacation options, like a luxury beachfront hotel or multiple hotel rooms for the week. With that benchmark, the house felt a bit small/dated and the amenities were more basic than expected. A few small things added friction: no food storage containers, only two dishwasher pods for the week, thin beach towels, and thin blankets. Since the area is quiet with limited restaurants/stores nearby, better stocking would have helped. I also texted the property manager with two non-urgent questions and didn’t hear back, so I had to call. Overall, great beach and location, but the experience didn’t fully match the premium pricing.”
