“Our group of 4 adults had a great time! The pool area in the back is truly an oasis and the first floor we stayed on had a nice open layout with a front and back porch to relax on. It's on a quiet street of a very walkable and bikeable area of town with great bar, restaurants, and live music. Would definitely stay again! Thanks for having us.”

“I am leaving a 4 star review over the fees the management company charges. Once you consider their cleaning and management fees, it’s a considerably higher nightly price. I thought that Airbnb was displaying the total price (all taxes and fees) but the property management company added their own fees. Please show me the total price. Wrap the fees into the nightly rate. In a town with expensive parking, the free parking spot is worth gold. The location is very good because it’s close enough to walk to many attractions, restaurants, and shopping while being located on a quiet street. A property management company manages this rental. Their texting service is very good and they are very responsive. The place was clean.”

“Amazing place to stay for my group of 6’s Memorial Day weekend. Incredible location - close to all the action yet has a private/quiet vibe. My group also really enjoyed to pool! There were no cleanliness or appliance issues. We had everything we needed to spend a night in house grilling out. Highly recommend. Heads up, there is an enormous of leftover sunscreen and bug spray in the back patio cabinet if you forget yours.”

“This was a great place! Walkable to most things ~ restaurants, shops, grocery, etc. Albeit we did end up renting a scooter to get around the island which made it even better! Super clean, quiet, private and great location. Even though it was a property management company overseeing the rental, the staff hosts were great to interact with and very helpful. Definitely would stay here again in the future.”

Lovely deck in back makes for great morning coffee spot or happy hour cocktails. The location is great and easily walkable to so much. I would highly recommend.”
