“Great location to pool and beach also restaurant/ bar across the street and easy walk.”

“We were excited for our beach trip, the place was in a good location but the pictures are deceiving. The place had a constant smell of mold, all the ac vents were covered in mold, throughout the stay we kept finding dead roaches and bugs. There were smells of sulfur from the bathrooms. The upstairs door would not lock and was partially cracked. We contacted the property owner and stated there was a bar to keep the door shut. The issue was not addressed as it was a safety concern. The internet is very slow. The pool is right behind the condo so very loud, the adjacent condo overlays the kitchen, so you heard the people constantly above you that were next-door. You couldn’t walk more than a few feet without the bottom of your feet being black. Overall would rate it a 3 out of 10. They did have fans because the ac units would not go lower than 68 but no way was it 68. They did have a lot of beach stuff which was nice. Next year we will choose a different condo.”

“A few things needed attention like a sliding door track and could have been a little cleaner but overall really nice property. I would definitely stay again.”

“Great place as described, except we didn't see sheets for sleeper sofa. I noticed in another review, so packed a set. Home was very spacious for family of 5. The ceiling fans in all rooms kept it even cooler and comfortable. Nice property was walkable. Unit not too far from beach access (less than 5 min walk). Overall resort location seemed to be in middle of Hilton Head, taking. no more than 10-15 min to get to opposite side of town.”

“Nice property. It’s exactly like the pictures. There’s a 2 car max, which wasn’t indicated in the listing. Also, there’s an inordinate amount of administrative messages through email, text and the app. This made the experience a bit stressful, especially on the day of departure. I had requested an 11a departure time which was approved through their separate platform, but the cleaning crew showed up at 10a and only spoke Spanish. This created a bit of stress as my family and I were packing up and completing the property’s list of things to do before leaving.”

“Nice place, good location off beach But close to Coligny”

“Wow this home was amazing! It was the perfect walking distance from the beach. The kitchen and bathrooms were nice. It definitely looked like the pictures. I loved that the rental provided a wagon, beach chairs, umbrellas, and beach towels! But the 2nd floor gets very warm and is impossible to cool down. The first floor will cool down to the temperature you set it to, then it will reset in the middle of the night to 72. Sleeping upstairs was miserable but there were fans in every room (ceiling fans, oscillating fans and table top fans). Also the smoke detector is extremely sensitive. My husband was heating up a steak on the stove and it set the smoke detector off - which triggered the fire department to show up. The smoke detectors were beeping for 20 minutes because there weren’t instructions on how to turn it off/ reset it. Other than that, everything was perfect.”

“The place was exactly what was shown in the ad. The only conflict we had was the parking. We had 8 persons staying with only two parking spots and we had three vehicle. One vehicle had to be left at a completely different location not any where near the condo.”

“The location could not be beat. We could walk to the beach, were across from the walking/biking trail and were a close drive to grocery stores and restaurants. The townhome was spacious, clean and was as expected.”
