“Really appreciative of the quick response times in answering questions before our stay. As a whole, it was a good spot. We were left a little confused by some of the amenities as we continued our stay - for example, we didn’t have trash bags, oven mitts, washcloths, dish soap, pods, paper towels or salt/pepper. I think what felt odd is we DID have several options for wine glasses or fancy platters and so it felt like maybe the guest experience wasn’t thought out. There were drawers that were labeled “bedding” that had a single pillow instead of what we were looking for (extra blankets). I was also confused by check in - we had to log into a separate portal for a door code and “further instructions” but those instructions were nowhere to be found in the portal. It was confusing to book via Airbnb and be sent elsewhere to find the information needed. We don’t expect a fully stocked place and did bring extra items, but going and buying basic needs felt like the home was lacking.”
