“The Texas drought finally broke the weekend we stayed! However, we still spent hours in both the pools and the hot tub. I loved sunrise on the top deck of the dock and appreciated the comfy seats and covered area. We all appreciated the comfortable seating in both the living areas. The layout allowed for privacy and there were plenty of bathrooms. I have never seen a kitchen so well equipped! We were blown away by the attention to detail in the interior design and thought it fit the lakehouse theme beautifully. We are anticipating coming back!”

“It was perfect! Even with the rain the weather was perfect plenty to do! Hung out by the fire cooked out we will be back next year again!”

“We had a great time! There were so many toys outside to play on the water and a good fishing spot. We are planning our next trip already! Next time we will just bring little fans for the rooms bc not all bedrooms have fans. But that is easy to do! We really loved the house and the boat house. We wish we could have stayed longer!”

“Beautiful location and beautiful home. We had a family gathering here, and had a wonderful time. The house is so thoughtfully decorated and laid out. Very spacious and comfortable. And the view, lake, all the outdoor areas, and pool were perfect!”

“House was well represented by pictures. Bedrooms were nice and bathrooms were clean. Loved the kitchen and living room. Great views of the lake from the house! The standout part of the property is the large patio built around some large trees. The patio has an outdoor kitchen, lots of seating and a great view of the lake. The dock is nice and outdoor activities are nice. Kayaks need to be fixed and cleaned up.”

“All the beds were extremely comfortable. We all slept good every night. There was NO dishwasher. We would have re-thought our choice if we knew that. We cook every meal. With 8 people, you have to stay on top of the dishwashing. There were also only 4 spoons. Master bedroom does not turn. If you closed the door, you spent 5 minutes trying to open the door. Last thing, the fan in the bunk room was very close to ladder of bunk beds. Kid only got hit once.”

“We found a place with good directions Entrance has stairs leading to front door There is an elevator on the first floor you can get to by the pool area or garage House was nice and clean Kitchen plenty of dishes There are three bedrooms with bathrooms The boys enjoyed the game room that's a plus Really enjoyed our stay at the lake house”

“Place was clean and comfortable beds. Host communication was quick and responsive. I didn’t care for coffee maker as the Pod side didn’t work for me and I really like my coffee on the morning . With that said for the most part we really enjoyed the home and the area .”

“This was a great space for me and some friends to catch up and enjoy time on the water. Being right next to the boat ramp was super convenient, the jet ski and boat docks were very helpful and easily accessible, and the backyard was a great space to relax. Parking worked out well, we fit 2 full size trucks in the parking spaces, and a double jet ski trailer and small fishing boat trailer in front of the house without being on the grass or in the street.”
