“pretty dated, but functional. Not sure of the rest of the market, but it seemed a little high for the condition. But is was right across from the beach.”airbnb

“This was the furthest we’ve stayed from the beach, but having the golf cart made the trip even easier and the kids loved it. It would have been around 5 min walk without beach supplies so it’s still not far away. Photos describe the place perfectly. It was a great spot to bring our pup and hang out at our favorite beach.”airbnb

“The listing photos make the condo appear larger and fresher than it is. The photos emphasize the water while the living room view is of the parking lot with a lake and woods view behind it. One of the showers had no hot water throughout our stay. I reported it on the day we arrived, followed up two days later and was told the issue was unknown to them even though it was clearly in my message history that they had replied about it. A maintenance person was sent and I was told it had been fixed, but it had not. After I reported that it was still not working and was met with defensive argument from the property manager, building maintenance came and confirmed there was no hot water in that shower. After that, I received no further communication or resolution. I would have appreciated a timely repair or acknowledgment that one of the showers was unavailable during our stay. I was disappointed with this rental.”airbnb

“My family & I along with my 4 month old, traveled 6 hours away from home for our yearly family vacation with high expectations of checking into a nicely cleaned Airbnb. We checked in at 4:15pm (4pm check in time) to a complete mess from the prior guest! I notified the host & she quickly sent someone to clean (during this time we left the airbnb so it could be cleaned properly AFTER driving for 6 hours). The cleaners were “running behind” according to the host. Due to this huge inconvenience I asked if my family & I could be compensated in any way & I was told no due to it being in the house rules that “refunds are not issued for delays”. I was also told by the host that “everyone has their own thing going on”… as to why our Airbnb wasn’t cleaned upon arrival. •We were also left with 2 rolls of toilet paper for 2 bathrooms with 5 adults & 1 roll of paper towels. •No TV’s in the bedrooms. One TV was left in the closet of the master bedroom, just hasn’t been mounted yet.”airbnb

“Had issues obtaining our wristbands upon arrival and the toilet ran the entire trip. Unit wasn’t the cleanest but it was fine for a short beach trip.”airbnb

“Opportunities to improve: - 1st airbnb experience where I did not talk to a human face to face for check in/out. Felt soulless. Sort of felt like I was talking to AI - The lock for the keypad is not great & is hard to press often to get into the door plus times out quickly or does not work if there is too much moisture in the air (which I imagine is often in Florida) - furniture is comfy but the layout is awkward for relaxing and watching tv - the price felt lofty for the value - the place did not have basics like salt, pepper, oil for the kitchen nor hangers in the closets. Could benefit from having these in place - would be worth informing tourists visiting about the flag system & if the flag forecast coincides with the time they are visiting. We came for a beach vacation but did not get to go to the beach for swimming due to the storm. Would stay in a hotel with a pool instead if we were made aware beforehand Strengths: - beds are comfy - AC works really well - close to pier park”airbnb

“Place was big and roomy. clean, Not well stocked. Had to go buy a coffee pot as all that was there was a small single cup service. Only had 1 trash bag, 1 roll of paper towels, 1 roll of tp for each restroom. had to laundry the towels and wash clothes to have enough to share to use with 5 of us there. No dish detergent, washer looked like it was going to fall apart. only had enough laundry soap and dish washer soap to do move out instructions. elevators were super slow and the room carts took me an hour plus of walking to find a cart. 3200$ for 5 nights to get the surprise of an additional 110$ to park our 2 vehicles.. Communication was quick but didn't seem to really care.. beach service should either be included or.. not take the entire Shoreline in front of the building, had to sit on top of everyone because the chair service took the majority of the beach. Condo is 100% not owned or Managed by locals. it definitely felt like there was any personal touch to this Air BNB.”airbnb

“Everything was almost perfect! Not the fault of High Tide, but Google Maps did not take us to Aqua Resort- the correct address was provided, there must have been a glitch in maps as our door dash driver had the same issue one night. Also, please note that the main television in the living room is NOT a smart TV- there was miscommunication but we got it worked out- we put the Roku in the living room- and you create your own Roku account- then delete when you leave. The only other minor confusion- not that the parking kiosk is not in the first floor- it is on the third floor at the end of the walkway over the road. The few issues we had were responded to, but sometimes not in a timely manner- I am used to renting from private owners with quick responses- I was told the property managers are busy managing multiple properties and that the “can’t stay on their phone.” Our situations weren’t emergencies so it ended up being ok, just be aware you may not get quick responses!”airbnb

“I went into this trip a little concerned after our original booking with the same host was canceled just two weeks before our stay, but I decided to give them another chance. While communication could’ve been better and messages weren’t always fully answered, the property itself was absolutely gorgeous and exactly as described. The rooms were very clean, the shower pressure was great, and both the beds and couch were super comfortable. The patio was nice as well, though a table would’ve made it even better. A big issue was the door lock. The instructions only included the code, so we had to Google how to use the lock since we couldn’t reach the host. On top of that, the wood around the door is very dry-rotted and damaged, making it difficult to open and a security risk, but the community is gated. It takes about 5 minutes to get to the condo from the gate because of the stop signs, pedestrians, and the unit being located toward the back of the property.”airbnb

“The Bnb was beautiful, comfortable, and in a great location. Overall, we enjoyed our stay, but there were several issues that affected our experience. The unit being on the top floor meant there were a lot of stairs, which may be difficult for some guests. The shower was very small and unfortunately not clean upon arrival it had hair in it, mold on the shower mat, and the shower rugs were wet. Some of the dishes also appeared to still have food residue on them, which was disappointing. While doing a final check before leaving, we found a significant amount of trash behind the couch and underneath the bed/bench area, which made it seem like the previous cleaning was incomplete. There was also no TV in the room, and the balcony could have been better maintained or furnished. Additionally, the property lacked some basic amenities that would have made the stay more convenient. That said, the home itself was lovely and comfortable, and the location was excellent. With better cleaning and”airbnb
