“The condo it self was nice enough. The bed was very comfortable and the view was great. There was a lot of sand on the floor when we came in and the dishes were very greasy before we used them. The thing that was the worse were the roaches we seen. Not in the condo its self but in the elevators and on the walls on the ground floor near the restraunt. The washer and dryer didnt work properly. It didnt spin the water out of our clothes and towels all the way so we had to hand ring them and then when we put them in the dryer we ran it for two hours and still did not dry them so we had to hang all of our stuff to dry on the balcony. They also make you rent their beach chairs/umbrellas or make you put yours so far out that youre basically having to sit in the water. Also, you have to wait 5-10 minutes for any of the elevators every time you want to leave. The condo its self wasn't too bad, the resort however is awful.”

“Great location and view. Plenty of space for a family of 5. The unit itself was ok, however it needs a new set of pots and pans. Overall the unit was ok. The building however was terrible! The elevator situation was very frustrating, one elevator was down which had a knock on effect on the others. Everyone was always waiting a long time for the elevator, often over 20-30 minutes. The pools weren’t clean, even if you went in the morning the pools were dirty. We arrived by uber, the guy at the front desk was going to make us cross the street with our 2 kids and all the luggages to go to parking then go to second floor to cross the bridge to go to the registration desk!!! Luckily there was another lady working there and told us not to do that and just take the elevator to second floor! Honestly just terrible!!”

“Beautiful view and lots of space! This is for other parents just sharing info so you can be prepared, not bashing the host. Elevators are rough with very long waits. Internet was bad! Bunk beds need maintenance! Bad! Be careful!! Strict 4pm check-in with no early access we asked and were told no. No changing stations in the building. After a long drive with a baby, we had to walk back to the parking deck just to change a diaper. Coffee pot still had old coffee in it when we arrived. We arrived early, went to the beach. After two hours walked up to the pool. After setting up the pool closed lightning — understandable! 3 fussy babies and know where to go. At 2:30 I walked up to the room. The cleaner was leaving! She said come in! She was done!She saw how upset the babies was! BUT When she shut the door it locked, she was gone and we could not get in till 4 due to the key pad was locked till then.Logistics and host made it challenging with children.”

“I cannot recommend this property. As an Airbnb host myself who manages and cleans multiple listings, I was shocked by the lack of basic maintenance and cleanliness at this rental. Upon arrival, the unit was in unacceptable condition. We found the pull-out bed full of sand, the bathroom dirty, and a concerning substance on the master bedroom mirror. Trash had been left throughout the unit, and there were several major maintenance issues, including a broken kitchen table and a bathroom door that was off its hinges. Furthermore, we lacked basic necessities; there was insufficient toilet paper and soap, and the kitchen was missing essential items like a can opener and basic cooking utensils. Beyond the cleanliness issues, the stay was disruptive. We had unannounced visits from maintenance and cable technicians, and the noise from the unit above made it difficult to relax. The TV was non-functional, and when we requested a simple 30-minute late checkout due to a vehicle breakdown, Nope”

“This unit is great. The problem is with the building overall. 20-30 minute wait on average for an elevator. Many times longer. Sad to say I will not return just because of elevators. Also, building has terrible water problem. Water pressure dies and have to wait for it to rebuild pressure. Front desk said it was an overall issue with entire building. Everyone had been complaining. Building is just very old. Unit was amazing.”

“We really loved the location! It was so nice being right by the beach. However; we were pretty disappointed to find dirty bed sheets with hair and false eyelashes in them. We messaged the cleaning service and come to find out they didn’t clean the beds from the previous people because they thought the beds weren’t slept in. They did come and bring us fresh sheets for both beds the next morning. Overall the rest of the stay was nice but that was super frustrating to start the trip with after traveling all day.”

“Great access to beach and amenities! Great location opposed to the front beach traffic. Elevators and wait time are crazy! Be prepared to wait 15-20 minutes most times!”

“The room itself wasn’t bad. Was clean (despite being sand in a couple of beds still) and matched the photos accurately. The issue was we were left with only 2 trash bags for the whole stay, not enough for guests at all but expected to keep trash bagged. Vending trash bags are expensive and charge 10$ on your card just to use the vending. The elevator issue was the absolute worst experience. We waited 30+ minutes each trip, with 6 kids, and a knee issue the stairs for 28 flights wasn’t an option. The hotel also evacuated the building at check out time and forced stairs use only, had all these kids and elderly rushing down 28 flights just to be told at the end it was a false alarm…. Then rushed out for check out time….. also the internet wasn’t working properly and wouldn’t allow the TV service apps to load to watch TV. Probably wouldn’t come again unless some major changes occur.”
