“This place is an absolute gem! Beautiful property- the water off the dock is plenty deep for jumping in, but there are also stone steps down to the water with a more shallow area for launching kayaks and wading, which was great for our toddlers. This is probably the most well appointed Airbnb I have ever booked. In addition to the well stocked and organized kitchen they had everything we could have possibly needed during our stay: plenty of bath and beach towels, games, kids dinnerware and booster seat, s’more’s supplies and firewood. Every member of our group mentioned how comfortable the beds were. The only thing I will note- there is an open doorway with stairs leading down directly from the kitchen, which is not pictured in any of the listing photos. This was a surprise we wish we knew about ahead of time since we were traveling with two young kids but was easily remedied by a trip to the store for a tension baby gate. We would absolutely stay here again!”airbnb

“The house is absolutely gorgeous, and the outdoor spaces are stunning. We stayed as a family of 11, ranging in age from 7 to their 70s, and everyone found something to enjoy. The property offers plenty of space. We truly loved our stay and would highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway with family or friends.”airbnb

“This was the best equipped home we ever rented. The kitchen had everything we needed to accommodate our family o f 14. Plenty of silverware, dishes, glassware, and cooking utensils. It was easy to make dinner everyday. The grill was new and worked great. The life vests, paddle boards, and kayaks were amazing. A day of rain was not a problem, because we had so much fun in the garage/game room. The pontoon we rented fit in the dock perfectly. Sunset Pointe is great for a big family gathering. Our 6 grandsons loved it as much as their parents.”airbnb

“What a great property! This was possibly the most well appointed AirBNB that we have ever stayed in. We cooked a lot and found everything that we needed. Even had a loaf pan! This place has everything you will ever need. There are also a ton of things for the lake that they provide. There were books and so many games and even toys for my grandson to play with. This place was so great. The location is ideal, you are right on a very quiet cove. Worth every penny, book it!”airbnb

“Overall, we enjoyed our stay and the home has a lot of potential. The neighborhood is quiet with very little traffic, making it great for families, and the home’s curb appeal is excellent. The open floor plan worked well for our group, the bedrooms were comfortable, and the hot tub was a highlight. The waterfront is beautiful, with calm, deep water that’s perfect for swimming and kayaking, and we appreciated the life jackets and kayaks provided. The biggest opportunities are maintenance and landscaping. The backyard, path to the dock, and fire pit area have overgrown bushes that need trimming. The dock is in good condition but is better suited as a boathouse than a place to relax, and it could use a thorough cleaning. The dock lights didn’t work during our stay. Inside, the water pressure dropped significantly when multiple showers were running, the bar stools are worn, and the grill should be replaced due to a damaged drip pan. With some TLC, this could easily be a five-star property”airbnb

“This is NOT a true 4 bedroom house. The “fourth” bedroom is accessed ONLY by going through the master bath and bedroom. This bedroom would be acceptable for young kids but not another couple expecting the privacy of their own room. A little frustrated with the lack of transparency in the listing. Aside from that, the house is well appointed on a great cove on the lake with tons of extras and lots of living space.”airbnb
