“We loved our stay at Robert’s place. From the beginning of our trip, Robert & team were responsive and communicative. (This was a noticeable difference to many of the other places we were interested in that were managed by rental companies.) Robert answered our questions quickly and this gave us peace of mind to book. The house was great. It was fully stocked with everything needed for cooking and even light cleaning. We loved the porches and the welcome basket was a nice touch. Having the beach gear like a wagon, towels, umbrellas, chairs and toys was amazing!! The location is perfect for a family. The beach is so close and not crowded at all. We were even able to ride bikes on the beach which may be a seasonal thing- I’m not sure. It was amazing. No stairs at this beach access, very accessible. The house is also very bikeable to the grocery store, ice cream, Coligny plaza, and just fun leisurely rides. We would definitely stay again and highly recommend!”

“This vacation villa was perfect for our small family of four! We were supposed to be in 30A but came east because of the hurricane. We booked this villa on our way to HHI and it worked out perfectly! Everything was within walking distance and the beach was a 5-10 minute walk straight down the street. The kids rode in a wagon if they got tired of walking. We explored Coligny almost every night for ice-cream and the playgrounds. The villa was easy to access and felt like home. The beds were comfy! The kitchen had everything we needed to do lunches inside and we went out to eat for most dinners. We tried out the pool one day but preferred long beach days! The host was responsive, if needed. If we were coming back to HHI with our small family, this would be the perfect spot!”

“Shelter Cove and the Anchorage are mid-Island, perfect location and accessible to Palmetto Dunes facilities, too. Signage to get to unit 7401 could be improved, and outside light was not on, so I couldn’t see the brass plate on door indicating unit was 7401…. Once inside, the unit is beautiful and immaculate. All appliances worked well, nice greeting package, and you’ll need to turn on ice maker. I walked the Shelter Cove complex, and it would be nice if paved sidewalks ringed the Anchorage buildings so you don’t have to walk very dark streets at night (which SC would like you to use all the paths…,). A very, very nice stay and I will be back!!! Instructions on how to use the TV, and what is included with rental (I.e., which provider or packages) might be helpful.”

“Place looked exactly as advertised. Beds were very comfortable. Location was great. First time at Hilton head and definitely learned bikes are the way most people get around, not too far from the beach but far enough a bike makes it easy. Kitchen was great as well, fully equipped with what I needed.”

“Beautiful condo! We love Hilton Head Resort and have stayed there a couple times now! The amenities are wonderful! The only thing I wish we had was a tv in master because I like to unwind before bed! The condo had everything we needed though and was the perfect getaway! We have teens, so it was also nice that there are so many amenities for our family to enjoy whether it’s early morning beach walks, late night pool fun, or a dip in the hot tub!”
