“Screen door in pool area had a large rip that was never fixed during our stay, despite calling right away and asking for a repair. Pool chairs were old and had tears. Pool area was not clean with a baby carrot at bottom of the pool and several pieces of garbage left from previous guests. Indoors was clean and looked as expected. Outdoor area was disappointing.”
