“The condo had ample space for us. We brought two of our daughters and their husbands and each couple had their own bedroom and bathroom. Fans in the bedrooms kept things cool. Location is great - not far from beach and all Sea Pines has to offer. The neighborhood pool was great and the water was warm.”

“Great location! We walked to the pool and Sea Pines. You could walk or bike to Harbor town as well. The Trolley came through the parking lot if you needed a ride. It was enjoyable!”

“We had a great stay the our kids. The apartment is centrally located and an easy walk to the beach (if your kids aren’t big bike riders yet). We enjoyed the pool as well. The kitchen and bathrooms are clearly a little old, but that didn’t bother us during our stay. Definitely would recommend staying here and my kids can’t wait to come back someday!”

“We loved our Memorial Day weekend visit. The only problem was it wasn't long enough. The view from the back patio (and living room and master bedroom) was so relaxing. We saw deer every day. The location is great, walkable to the beach, Salty Dogs, the trolley for Harbor Towne... couldn't ask for better. The beds are comfortable and there was so much space for our family of 6. The pool is an added expense, we didn't buy a pass as we have a pool at home. That isn't the hosts is doing, it's the way the usage is allowed through the Sea Pines South Beach hoa, I guess. I think it was $20 a day, or $50 for a 5 person pass. Overall, we would love to stay here again!!”

“Our family needed a central location in Harbor Town to attend a family wedding. The location was wonderful. Pool and tennis across the street and steps away from shopping and great restaurants. The condo was clean and spacious. Beds were comfortable. Linens and towels clean. Well equipped kitchen. Having three bathrooms was awesome too for our gang. Andrew was very quick to repo d to any questions we had. We will definitely consider coming back.”

“We stayed here for a wedding and have no complaints! The place was great and Andrew communicated well. Quick walk to the beach was a plus!”

“Great location. Not far from the beach. The kids loved staying at the “treehouse”. We had a complaint about our bikes and then another complaint about where we parked our 2nd car. There is only one parking spot while the other houses have two or three spots. We asked where we could park and never got a response. Thankfully the people next door came to us and told us we could park in one of their spots. The glass table has a chipped edge and two of my kids got a cut on their eyes from it. But we enjoyed ourselves besides the complaints.”
