“We had such a great stay! The place was nice, clean, and the location was amazing. We loved riding our bikes, and having Fraser’s right next door was a bonus—we had a lovely dinner overlooking the golf course. I’m usually an oceanfront girl, but this was my first time staying on a golf course, and watching the golfers was surprisingly entertaining! The only thing we missed was beach gear. Our friends’ rentals had chairs, umbrellas, and toys, but this one didn’t. Luckily, we had friends nearby who shared theirs, so it worked out just fine. Overall, a lovely place to stay!”

“Upon arrival we noticed 2 mini split units leaking, in the kitchen and the king size bedroom. Mold on carpet in the bedroom. Andrew was very responsive & had maintenance come to clean the carpet. Offered us another spot to stay but we had already moved everything inside and with 3 kids it was more hassle to move & go to a smaller unit when we needed 3 bedrooms. The location is perfect, we biked everywhere and loved that aspect. The house itself was ok, it had a musty odor, we did have to purchase some air fresheners and baking soda to help for our week long stay. Upstairs was very hot, we used the box fan they had provided & purchased an additional small fan to get air to circulate up there for our kids. It wasn’t exactly what we had expected but it worked and we all had a great trip to sea pines! Andrew was very responsive and I have zero complaints about the owner & the location. The house just needs a little maintenance.”

“Came to HHI for the first time and loved staying here! It was the perfect location in Sea Pines. House was clean, and the a/c worked amazing! We loved everything about it…would definately stay here again!”

“The property was disappointing and did not live up to our expectations. The rental is in need of some upgrades and general maintenance. During the rain, the windows leaked, which made the stay less comfortable. The most concerning part of our experience, however, was being accused of bringing a dog and being told we would be charged an additional pet cleaning fee. We were also told that they had pictures of the dog at the property which when asked were not produced. Likely because there were no pictures because we did NOT bring a dog to the property. Being accused of something we did not do and having an extra charge threatened was very frustrating. Overall, while the location was great, the condition of the property and the way the pet-fee issue was handled made this a mediocre experience. We would not choose to stay here again.”
