“My husband and I were just down for the night to see the leaves change in WV. Allison’s property was beautiful, clean and on the main street in Davis. There was a fully stocked kitchen, smart tv, coffee bar etc. We will be back!”

“Suitable for our needs. We loved the walkability to local restaurants. The place was adequate, but a bit bare-bones. Unfortunately, the Wi-Fi was spotty. The chairs in the living room were a bit stained, but otherwise, the place was very clean. The owners were proactive with their communication, which was nice. We accidentally left an item in the unit, and they were kind enough to ship it back to us without any issues. Overall, we were happy with our stay.”

“This place is so cute, clean and cozy! The location is perfect. The host made it very clear that you can hear the noise in the bike shop above, and the great thing is that it closes shortly after you can check in and opens shortly before you check out so it’s not bothersome. I loved walking next door for a beer or distilled cocktail, or up the street for a great coffee, all of which were enjoyed along the river. The fall colors were great with the best to come soon so lock in this place now!”

“My wife and my dog Mia, and myself have stayed with Allison before and I have always had a good experience. Location is excellent in close proximity to Blackwater Falls Thomas as well as access to restaurants and breweries in Davis itself.. You are right on the Blackwater river where there is a short river walk and there are chairs and fire pits outside for you to use. We have always been happy with our stay at this location.”

“Our 3rd stay at this Airbnb and first with our new 3-month old baby. We love it here! Nothing to do with the Airbnb itself, but during the time we went Oct Mon-Thurs, there was hardly any food options open as most restaurants are closed Mondays and Tuesdays during this season (which we thought leaf peeping was a busy season) and then only open for dinner. Allison’s place has a great setup for cooking though.”
