Great little place for a nice relaxing few days. Location was nice as it was close to Duluth. Our boys enjoyed fishing off the dock and going out on the paddle boards and kayak. The hot tub was also nice for relaxing.

I booked for my birthday and I was very happy with my experience! It was super cozy and the furnishing was beautiful! It’s about 26 minutes outside of Duluth and the area is out of the way and very peaceful. Me and my friend felt very safe (it was super easy to find and check in) and enjoyed all of the amenities. We arrived to fresh beds, every area was clean including the Hot tub, grill, and sauna. I was looking for a quiet peaceful get away and that is truly what I got! I personally never went paddle boarding ever and that was probably my favorite part, it was so peaceful on the lake and it was a fun experience I didn’t need to seek out because it was all right there. I truly appreciated everything we were provided by the host. Highly highly recommend booking you will not be disappointed. I will definitely be returning next summer!

We had a great stay. Very peaceful location on the water. Place was close to downtown Carlton and Jay Cooke state park. Duluth was a 30 minute drive. Very accessible.

A lot smaller than expected. But beds were very comfortable. Easy access and host was very friendly and responsive. Unfortunately weren't aware we couldn't access front door to the patio.

Great mini vacation before the kids headed back to school. Excellent location- literally in Gooseberry Falls State Park (only 20 mins drive north from 2 harbors). Sauna was great way to unwind- especially on a chilly day, and loved being able to have a fire going in the cabin during the evenings. We recommend hiking around the trails- connected to the property and you HAVE to go to Gooseberry Falls too! -Other honorable mentions: -Betty's Pie's- Roma, is the kindest waitress! -A cold plunge at Iona Beach -Exploring new & used books- At Back Forty Book Store (two harbors) -Castle Danger Brewery (The sea salt lime lager- is fab!) I would come back to this location for sure- but would probably book a top unit vs the bottom- we had some rather rowdy upstairs-neighbors our last night there which made for very poor sleep. Beds were comfy and we had LOTS of towels, TP & paper towels- is which is nearly unheard of in rental- so we really appreciated that!

Fun accommodation with room for our large family. Thank you for hosting us for our visit.

Fantastic location to enter Gooseberry Falls State Park hiking trails right from the property. Both the unit and the entire property were very clean and well cared for. Highly functional layout of the unit with everything we needed for the four of us - from ample supply of towels, linens and toiletries to the essentials in the kitchen (coffee!). We took advantage of the sauna and enjoyed it greatly (we travel to Finland regularly and are very particular about saunas). We definitely hope to return in the future!

The condo was great! Check-in was easy, the place was spotless and well-stocked with anything we would need. The view was nice and we enjoyed the patio (with table, chairs, and grill) and nearby walking paths to the shore. The location itself was great in that it was quiet and peaceful at the condo but close to town and local attractions. We also really appreciated the books and games the hosts left for guest use. We would recommend these hosts and would stay here again!

it was quiet and peaceful with a beautiful view. Wifi was difficult at times because of the location, but we weren't there for that. My boyfriend and I are rather tall and a number of the ceilings were slanted and we both hit our heads a few times, but unless you are very tall it shouldn't be an issue. All communication was quick and friendly and the kitchen had everything that was needed to make food there.
