“The Kapalua Bay Villas were beautiful and very relaxing. The condo was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. The beach access was wonderful, very quiet and a nice sandy beach for swimming. Would absolutely stay again! Great location!”

“The place is very clean and the view is amazing. Sunset, beach walk is just a step away. You can hear the ocean waves at night. The hotel is centrally located as well.”

“The unit itself was clean and the host was responsive and polite. However, our stay was significantly affected by conditions that were different from what was represented in the listing. The shoreline directly in front of the property was substantially different from the beach shown in the listing photos, and there was unexpected construction activity and heavy machinery directly below/next to our room during our stay. The host acknowledged these issues and was communicative when we raised them. However, the overall experience did not match what we expected from the listing, particularly given the price we paid.”

“We had reservations at a different location and five days before being there you guys canceled our reservation and made us choose one of two places I think and it through our flights airplane flights off and my wife and I had to be split up on her travel, which was not convenient and the guy next to me stunk”

“Overall good! The bathroom was not at all clean and the shower faucet was actually broken and hard to use. There was hair everywhere that was definitely not mine. The location is in a great spot and walkable to a ton of awesome things! The overall place was very nice just not maintained the best.”

“We have stayed there two years ago but this time with ABA there was brake down in commutation. The pool that we liked so much was shut down for planned maintenance for four days of our stay. We only found out when we walked down to the pool finding is locked with a small message on the gate that read closed for construction and maintenance reopening on the following Saturday.”

“My husband, baby and I had a great time staying at this condo! The location is perfect for families, with lots to do in Kihei. We did have an issue with the AC and needed to get it fixed twice, but after that is was resolved. Communication with Maui Heavenly Vacations could have been more prompt as well. Overall we had a good time!”

“I would try a different unit at the property before booking this. The view is unbelievable and the place is spotless but there were some real issues: Electrical: various outlets don’t work and dining room lights don’t work, screen door frequently come off the rails, challenging shower design, AC didn’t work during our three night stay. We thought we figure it out but or would just deal because who wants to deal with property issues on vacation? But without AC, it wasn’t comfortable especially trying to sleep. We weren’t able to arrange maintenance to come in on our last day- they said they’d alert the local crew but nobody came. Again, who wants to coordinate maintenance on vacation? I struggled to know how to rate this place since the view and location is so nice and also the location within the property is very good.”

“Location and room view were amazing. The beach is one of our favorite locations. The bed was comfortable, sheets were clean, bathroom and towels were clean as was the kitchen. The unit is very old and in need of some serious TLC and upgrades. A/C worked hard but not well enough to be comfortable through the night without all the fans running. Furniture and exterior cabinets could use a deep clean as well as the walls. Carpet was nice. Plenty of nice pool and beach items for use including 2 very nice beach chairs. We paid a discounted rate however, I think it was a bit overpriced for the overall unit with the excpetion of the view.”
