“The Burrows was the perfect spot for our 4-person girls trip to the Cape! Great location that put us about 30 mins to Ptown but also near Orleans so we could easily grab groceries, seafood, etc. It was clean, quiet and pretty secluded, and provided us with everything we needed when we wanted to cook, grill, and relax at home. Laundry was really convenient after the beach and kayaking. Plenty of room for the four of us. Tara was super responsive the couple of times we reached out. We loved our stay so much!”

“You cannot help but relax in this spacious home on Ministers Pond with views from deck, back room & from our 3 bedrooms - such a pleasure upon awakening. We made great use of outdoor space - deck & pond-front equipped with kayak & canoe we made good use of! Tara responded to all inquiries remarkably quickly & efficiently. “I don’t know where to start - this place was amazing! We had a delightful family vacation and this home gave us everything we needed and more. Our family enjoyed the public beaches on the island and most of the time it was just us. The locals were also super friendly and would give recommendations about when to go and come back from the tide. Tara was an amazing host and extremely responsive. “We just spent a great few days on the Cape at the ocean cottage. It was a perfect place to stay. You can walk to thumper town beach in five minutes….The house had all the equipment that we needed to eat well and enjoy our stay. If we were there longer, we would’ve taken advantage of all the games and outdoor activities. But it met our needs completely - quiet, private, in a good location for accessing food, great pond, the National park, and biking. Tara even left us cookies to celebrate my husband’s birthday. Other reviews have mentioned that it is a comfy space and I would agree, though the small bathroom and bedrooms could be a challenge for larger individuals. But we fit perfect! The out door shower was a treat! Thank you, Tara.”

“Cozy and comfortable home, nestled into a private yard with lovely scrub Pines. The back deck was great for grilling and chilling, and we had a lovely evening chat under the stars, around the pretty blue gas fire pit in the front yard. The house was spotless and easily livable for our Labor Day weekend getaway. Highly recommend this host and this setting.”

“My family and I (six of us total) stayed at Tara's listing over labor day weekend. We loved the space! The kitchen is well equipped for making lunches and dinners, and the living room is very very cozy. Best of all, the house is a 1 minute walk to the beach. It was lovely to be able to spend so much time on a quiet, private beach during a busy weekend on Cape Cod. I would definitely recommend this AirBnB!”

“The most important question is always "Would you return again?". In the case of staying at The Alpine ... the answer for me would be "Absolutely". Entry was easy with a code on a very quiet sand road, which is a dead end. The house was very clean. The back yard is peaceful and private, and would be a fine spot for several people, and cooking out on the grill. The location within a few hundred yards of the Bay is ideal for spending a day there, or taking in spectacular sunsets... if you are so lucky. There are plenty of shops, restaurants, ocean beaches, bike trails, etc within a short drive. I particularly enjoyed the screen porch area, the patio, and the comfy living spaces, beds, and linens (which some places don't supply). The kitchen was well stocked and user-friendly. There are numerous games, toys, and a pool/ping-pong table. Tara was a communicative and welcoming host and made my stay easy. She provides a very detailed description of everything you need. Will return!”
