Hazelrig Enterprises | My Sweet Stay

Hazelrig Enterprises | My Sweet Stay's guest rating of 4.62 is below average and may adversely impact performance. Some of this can come from specific properties they manage — but where reviews point to manager weaknesses (responsiveness, cleanliness, listing accuracy) that would apply to your home too, they can adversely affect your bookings and the quality of guests you attract.

Place was beautiful, peaceful, and immaculate! It did take more time to get to the home from the front gate (approx 4.5 miles) than I anticipated, due to the narrow, curvy, hilly roads, and deer everywhere, you must drive very slow. Resort was beautiful and quiet which is what we were looking for. We did have an issue getting through the front gate when we first arrived. . They could not find our reservation and wanted a reservation code starting with a 1 vs the instructions of name and code given. It was resolved the second day and Tracy was responsive when I messaged her at the front gate. This is not a negative reflection on the home owner. This was the resort. All and all, a very nice home in a quiet resort with river access, and pools and the price was great!

Didn’t really have a problem while at the property. After we left, the host accused us of leaving feces on the bed sheets and tried to get me to pay over $100 for the bedsheets. I denied the claim and reported to Airbnb, and they dismissed the claim. If I or one of my guests causes a problem, I will immediately own up to it and take care of it. But to accuse me of this was unacceptable. We are adults, not animals. I would strongly advise to avoid this host and any property that they have. This was nothing but a scam.

We AirBNB every time we go out of town...the community of the condo was wonderful. However, the condo itself needs some attention. The dryer took twice for anything to dry, the dishwasher top pull out was broken and difficult to use, tile missing on the balcony, and a spot on the wall where wires were sticking out. With all of that being said, we also did not have enough blankets for the pull out couch and air mattress, which is exactly why I got this AirBNB for my family. My children brought their blankets with them otherwise I wouldnt have had enough. The pool was great aside from not being able to use the outside pool. Honestly just very disappointing for the price I paid. I suggest informing guest where the extra sheets are prior to check in.

It was a very cute and convenient place. There were a few things that were cosmetically worn/broken. The main issue I had was that I booked this place because of the jacuzzi tub, but the faucet wouldn’t even turn on, the faucet handles were broken and just spun freely.

Our stay was okay, there was trash in drawers and old food in cabinets. But where the problem came was when I was blamed of breaking a lamp when I never did it to start with. It was already broken and thrown into a closet in the room. It was a scam for more money. Would not recommend this Airbnb to anyone unless you like throwing your money away

Pros Excellent, comfortable beds and reclining sofa/chair. Way better furniture than most airbnbs. Excellent location Adorable condo Lovely back porch Good price Cons Missed sweeping one part of floor, cheeto left on living room floor One dining room chair was broken and door code lock was super finicky—both of which host said they would fix after our visit Inaccurate descriptions on listing and messages—the room listing says bunk beds in one place and cots in another, instructions given threaten fees if lost pool pass or bathrobes—neither of which was provided and host said so.

The first night I cooked dinner, I turned on the oven, and the entire condo filled with smoke. It turned out that something had been spilled in the oven from previous tenants. I messaged them about it, and they assured me that maintenance would come to handle the issue. However, every night of the five we stayed, I cooked, and the entire place was filled with smoke because the problem was never addressed. On the first night, the bed in the master bedroom looked and felt a bit off. So, I looked underneath, and I discovered that all of the support beams were broken in the middle. I messaged them again, and they promised to send maintenance. I spent the entire five nights with my feet in the air. The outdoor pool was also caution-taped off. On the day of check out, myself and my daughter had everything on the luggage cart and got in the elevator. To our surprise, it didn’t work. I messaged them again, and this time, maintenance actually showed up. Overall, it was very pretty but stressful

place was in great location, good deal, and perfect for me and my 3 kids. place was dirty, whoever is housecleaning is not doing a good job. it's not excessive, and shouldn't stop you from renting. the biggest problem I had is the free tickets you get when staying which really swayed our decision. the tickets are a scam, talked to a couple vendors and after our free tickets, prices were cheaper just booming directly. I thought it was weird when I got a free 100 ticket to Dollywood but seen there was a 100 random charge. This is deceitful they do this. The guy at the helicopter place knew they scam like this and was really ticked off about it. other than that, I would recommend and stay there again.

Great location! Easy to access and close to amenities! Walkable access to exiting on the parkway if you enjoy walking. We would consider possibly staying again. A few downfalls, but nothing you can’t remedy by bringing all the basics you need from home. Would recommend bringing salt, pepper, paper products such as plates and napkins and your own paper towels as well as toilet paper. Take your own dish liquid and any washing machine/dryer needs. None of this is provided.

The home was located in a beautiful and quiet area, but next door are four dogs that bark. However, they were mostly inside and did not bother us. The home shares a driveway with another house and was a bit confusing to find at night & Apple Maps drops the pin to the wrong address. The exterior of the house needs some attention; windows, siding and furniture were all dusty and mildewed. The main complaint lies within the home. Overall, the inside of the house was clean and tidy but the carpet was badly stained and the top bedding gave the impression that it doesn’t get washed after every use. The bulk of my complaint was the state of the kitchen: the oven was filthy, dirty fingerprints all over the cabinets & almost every single dish was visibly dirty and coated in sticky residue. There were ants in the lower cabinets and roaches everywhere, dead and alive. Literally, crawling all over the walls & cabinets. Host aware of the issue and should have never rented the home in this state.
