“Great house for an multi-generation family vacation. Plenty of space and amenities to keep everyone busy! The pool/spa and pool table were used daily. Two things worth knowing - House is on a dirt road but the main road is paved so it wasn’t a big deal for us and we were there when it was over 100 and the AC had trouble keeping the loft bedroom cool. We would still absolutely rent this house again!”

“Our family gathered for a fun week to celebrate our daughter's ASU graduation. The accommodations were spacious and provided plenty of room for everyone. The backyard was a wonderful gathering location and we made full use of the pool in the 100+ degree heat every day. There was a nice mix of sun and shade locations to accommodate everyone's preferences. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to entertain a large group. The area is a quiet neighborhood that is centrally located to many shops, restaurants, and entertainment venues. This was a perfect retreat for our family to relax and celebrate.”

“We had a family get away here. The nicest Airbnb we have ever stayed at. The hosts responded quickly whenever we needed them, they go above and beyond. It was a beautiful house and yard, beautiful neighborhood. Couldn’t have asked for a better stay.”

“Great, clean, home with a cool layout! Host was very responsive. The home could be updated a bit to match other homes in the area. All of the amenities listed were available, but I was not very happy about how they want you to pay extra money to heat the pool/ spa. Our group also likes to stay in a cool home at night and they had the HVAC restricted to only go down to 72 degrees. They were kind enough to lower it to 70 for us, after asking about it, but would not allow any cooler. The location was great! There were a few cool places to eat close by and it was not too far of a drive to local entertainment. A new house looks like it is about to be built on the lot next door, but the phase of construction they were in did not bother us. Overall, the stay was nice and we enjoyed being there.”

“This place is great, but I wouldn't stay with the host again. The character limit for reviews is too low to go into too much detail, but basically I believe they lied to me in a message, and I do not appreciate being lied to. Additionally if you were to be here in the summer months there would be a hard limit of 75 on the ac, this is something I strongly believe needs to be in the listing. And if you sleep in the room with the twin beds you will be woken up by loud birds every morning at 6am.”
