The beds were comfy and loved having TV’s and ceiling fans in each room. Well stocked, updated kitchen and the backyard was so peaceful and fun to entertain. Our months stay wasn’t long enough! “Unfortunately, our experience was disappointing, particularly given that we chose this property because we were visiting Scottsdale specifically to enjoy the house and pool. There was an excessive amount of communication from the host throughout the stay. Before arrival, I received multiple calls about check-in information. There were 2 different people calling me and asking about my check in plans and time of arrival. I received multiple calls from the both of them and I felt bombarded with questions. Upon arrival, I was also asked to download an app in order to operate the outdoor area. When I arrived, the host called yet again and walked me through the house. While the intention may have been to be helpful, the amount of communication felt intrusive and made it difficult to feel like we were simply able to arrive and enjoy our vacation. There were also dead mice and a scorpion in the pool. They offered no compensation.”

“It was a lovely home. I would suggest that they give the house a once over before guests arrive. The cornhole boards were cracked, the grill was not clean, clothes left under a bed and some garbage left in a drawer. Also, if a question is asked don’t refer back to a description or amenities as an answer.”

“This place is great, but I wouldn't stay with the host again. The character limit for reviews is too low to go into too much detail, but basically I believe they lied to me in a message, and I do not appreciate being lied to. Additionally if you were to be here in the summer months there would be a hard limit of 75 on the ac, this is something I strongly believe needs to be in the listing. And if you sleep in the room with the twin beds you will be woken up by loud birds every morning at 6am.”
