“The backyard is nice and provides a pleasant outdoor space, but that is the only highlight. The home appears clean, but obvious that management only cleans visible surfaces. Many areas that aren’t immediately noticeable are overlooked. The house feels less clean than expected. Entering and exiting the property is on a higher-speed section of a busy three-lane road. There is substantial road noise in two of the bedrooms. The property is currently for sale, and owner pressured us to allow showings during our stay. This is not disclosed in our the listing. I would not stay here again.”

“Improper maintenance permitting water to come into the house when storms passed through, rainwater coming into the house in many locations Rain coming onto the stairs, going upstairs from the skylights Dirty steps, dirty windows Mold closing off a bedroom only with a beach towel and it probably should have been properly sealed Roofer came and downspouts very plugged up. He was able to get the water off the roof which in previous nights had been keeping us awake. Storm damage happened on March 13 mitigation company came on March 25 with loud excessively noisy machines. I reported to Airbnb that when we left ethe house, the machines would be turned on when we were in the house because of all of us having ear problems from it and being concerned with ear damage, they were to be turned off Airbnb response was it was fine. 25th when the mitigation machine plugged into outlet loose wires evening of March 28, host had terminated our lease giving us until 11 AM the next day to vacate”
