Manager Review

Hawaii Real Estate Executives

Hawaii Real Estate Executives's guest rating of 4.69 is below average and may adversely impact performance. Some of this can come from specific properties they manage — but where reviews point to manager weaknesses (responsiveness, cleanliness, listing accuracy) that would apply to your home too, they can adversely affect your bookings and the quality of guests you attract.

“This location is extremely noisy due to road noise. In our opinion it made the lanai almost unusable. Cars driving by and people walking or biking can see directly into the lanai area and the windows if curtains not drawn. You can also hear road noise from inside. After walking around the condo with our shoes off for a few hours the first day (there is a sign by the front door that asks that you remove your shoes), our feet were completely black on the bottoms. I understand that it could be a dusty or sandy location based on the road and/or beach; however, we just checked in, so this indicates that the floors were not mopped before our 10 day stay. We had to wear shoes inside in order to be comfortable walking around. When I mentioned this upon check-in, we were told that it’s impossible to keep the floors clean because of the dusty climate, but on the first day, one would expect them to be clean. There were also not thorough instructions for the TVs or the mini splits.”

“Our stay at Daniel's condo was great. The check-in process was seamless and information about check-in and check-out was great. The condo has undergone a great upgrade with all LVP flooring, new appliances, new cabinetry, and tiled bathrooms. The only issues we had with the reservation was: 1. There are 2 separate HVAC units in the unit and the one that serviced the living room and guest bedroom would never fully cool the units. We messaged the owner and never got a response. This was identified in Aug by others 2. The condo has undergone some great remodeling efforts but the furniture needs to be replaced. It is 2010 super heavy and extra large furniture that takes up way too much space and is uncomfortable moving around, especially in the bedrooms. 3. It was fully furnished with everything you would need. Loved the beach chairs, umbrella, cooler, etc. etc. 4. Appliance were very new but the refrigerator does not have an ice maker? Bizarre as it was a new Samsung refrigerator?”

“Stayed with multi gen family of 8, including a toddler and infant. Sufficient for what we needed. There is a Pack n Play available although host said otherwise. Could’ve saved money on crib rental. Must replenish own toiletries. Elevator broken 2 days and beach wagon missing/not replaced. Overall, peaceful, clean, well-located, well-equipped.”
