“Very spacious apartment in perfect location! Would definitely stay here again!”

“On the first day I noticed there was BLACK mold in the shower liner. Addressed it on day 1 and wasn’t addressed until day 3 of my 4 day stay… they messed up my paperwork and I was locked out of the room after 1 day as well. This stay was very inconvenient and I am fighting to get some sort of compensation. The owner did not take responsibility but offering me a crazy disrespectfully low reimbursement when 3 of the 4 days I stayed was not deemed clean… stay away from here!”

“I really liked the location and the pool at the condo. The pictures are very accurate to the listing. I did have some issues come up. There was a missing door handle to the bathroom which caused a major inconvenience because we couldn't shut the door. Rick told me he would have maintenance fix it and it never happened. The kitchen had no toaster or any oven safe dishes, so cooking was difficult. While the condo was mostly very clean, the unit also had some wear. There was paint peeling in several areas in the condo, and there was a lot of dust in the vents and around the washer and dryer. it seems that the cleaners have a list they follow, and only that, so the kitchen, fridge, sinks and floors were immaculate. We also had one giant cockroach that came in under the door, but we saw the halls being sprayed that day, and I know that in Hawaii, bugs are a problem.”

“Really lovely apartment. The checkin procedure was really easy. It had everything we needed for the kitchenette and plenty of towels and beach towels. It is also located in a great central location.”

“Everything good. Two swimming pool available. Baby and bigger kids.Oven doesn’t work. It’s fine, I think they off it for safety reason.”

“Great location in Waikiki. You are near everything the beach has to offer. Close to restaurants, shopping and beach. Great views of sun rise and sunset. You can avoid the Friday night fireworks show crowds by watching it from your lanai.”
