“Can’t say enough about the great condo and responsive host Olivia. Place was spacious and comfortable with two large bedrooms and en suites. Common space was large and comfy. The kolea beach club was beautiful and well maintained. Close to groceries, queens and king shops and beach. We stayed through a tropical storm and olivia called to check in on us and helped with flexibility and recommendations. Lovely home, lovely experience. Will absolutely return.”

“Fifteen years since our last trip to Kona, and this time we were bringing our nine-year-old for his first visit. Having this home as our base made all the difference. The villa is one of the most well appointed homes we've ever had the opportunity to stay in. Every room is spacious, the flow of the house is fantastic, and it had absolutely everything we needed for the beach and then some. Over nine days we truly settled in and felt like we were home. The property itself was immaculate, with a resort style pool and friendly staff at every single interaction. The villa also comes with access to an exclusive private beach club where you can grab drinks and a really nice lunch right on the sand. Our host Jason was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout. We're so grateful, and we will definitely be back.”

“Luxurious home, great views, quiet and private. Fully stocked pantry made it really easy to cook all of our meals at home, with quick shopping trips to Costco or local stores. The home has quality furniture for relaxing and sleep, unique home decor makes it feel more personal and less like a hotel. Truly feels like a home experience. Jason is super helpful, quick to respond if i need help getting directions or advice, a binder has everything at my fingertips for checking in, finding local recommendations, checking out. I love the quiet community, and local shops wildlife. and well-maintained property. We will definitely be back for more.”

It is beautifully decorated, has all the things you need for the beach, is a short walk to the pool, has a well stocked kitchen, and has an amazing and beautiful private Lanai. The beds were very comfortable as well. The management company was very responsive and helpful when needed. I would highly recommend this very clean townhome to any guest.”
