Manager Review

Hawaii Dream Realty

Hawaii Dream Realty's guest rating of 4.50 is below average and may adversely impact performance. Some of this can come from specific properties they manage — but where reviews point to manager weaknesses (responsiveness, cleanliness, listing accuracy) that would apply to your home too, they can adversely affect your bookings and the quality of guests you attract.

Me and my husband stayed here for almost 2 weeks! We are local to the area but wanted to get away and this was absolutely worth the price. The view is amazing and it was very clean. You only get the towels within the room but there is a laundry area in the basement. Very close to the beach and restaurants as well as stores and other small shops. If we didn’t already live here we would absolutely come back!!

Great place right in the center of Waikiki! Easy access to the beach and lots of food places. If you’re looking for a nice place that won’t break your bank account, this is it!

This was my birthday trip from the start. It was trouble when in the room, dirty towels in the drawers I pictures to prove it. The host and the property manager was harassing me about a parking pass when I park down the road at public parking and I paid each night and have five to receipt to prove it and then I got kicked out the next day I guess for standing up for myself the night before which is crazy I would not visit this place is dumb is stupid and the host is not helpful and the property manager is harasser

Pros: • air conditioning works well • appliances for cooking were available • hawaiian coffee, tea, & chocolates were nice treats provided by the host • building is secured because nobody can go into/up the elevator without the key to scan • bed is comfortable Cons: • shower & sink clogged (however, host was quickly responsive to call a handyman for unclogging) • parking situation is a nightmare - $2/30 mins, $4/1 hr, $35/24 hours (however, parking is still first come, first serve regardless of having already paid the $35… meaning, if you leave your parking spot to drive to the grocery store, & somebody takes your spot + the entire lot is filled (only 16 slots), you’re out of luck with a parking spot & now left to scour the streets for an open parking spot) • had some bites on my body after waking up in the bed • TV’s cable worked, but netflix capability was non-functional despite requesting help from the host to operate the Netflix feature/button… host’s response: “Great… TV works.”

We really like that we don’t have to worry about the parking as the property has its own parking space at the building that saves us so much hustle for sure. The room is pretty good with comfy bed. We really like the kitchen with complete all kitchen wares like pans, pots, plates, glasses, coffee cups, coffee maker, rice cooker, oven and other things. Plenty of shower towels and some beach towels. Definitely feels like home away from home all we can say. We really like the lanai patio great time to chill at night. The only thing that we don’t like is the bath tub that clogged every time we showers but it’s our fault by not reporting it as we been busy doing our thing during our visit and we rather not be bothered about it. Also, we been noticing every single day that there’s a bad smell at the lobby in and out of the building seems like from the bathroom that needs for management to pay attention. All in all, we really had a good stay and definitely will book again next time.

Fairly basic. Was disappointed that they didn't have beach chairs and an umbrella. It's hard to enjoy the beach without these and all the other rentals I have done in Waikiki include these. Given how basic the place is, having these little things goes a long way to make up for this. Doesn't cost much to offer this.

Had a little trouble with check-in; they said we could check in a little early, and we were able to still, but not the time that was mentioned for us to check in so we were a little stranded to start off but it was a great stay overall; room was clean, and a great location for walking and being able to access a lot of the fun stuff in Waikiki

Whole building stinks. The room was the worst. When contacted, I was told that it smelled fine to them. Couldn’t make the tv work. Had problems with WiFi. I was instructed to make it work. Other than that it was ok.
