Hawaii Dream Realty
4.49Visit website
Hawaii Dream Realty's guest rating of 4.49 is below average and may adversely impact performance. Some of this can come from specific properties they manage — but where reviews point to manager weaknesses (responsiveness, cleanliness, listing accuracy) that would apply to your home too, they can adversely affect your bookings and the quality of guests you attract.

Jedyny minus to poranny hałas z ulicy.”airbnb

“I had stayed at Kuhio Village before, the location is perfect, close to everything - the beach, bus stops, shopping, supermarket, food places. The room key is in a vault in the lobby with access through a pin number. You can always leave your key there, so you don't risk to lose it when you go to the beach or hiking etc. Also luggage storage is available on site. The room itself was very nice (2 balconies), although there is not really much storage space, only a few open shelves and coat hangers. And the fridge has an open freezer, so everything else in the fridge tends to freeze as well (although I tried to adjust the temperature). I had a very nice time at Kuhio Village!”airbnb

“The place is walking distance to the ocean and many other places to go to and walk around. Host Theresa responds fast to any concern.”airbnb

“Cool spot. For the price the view of the beach is killer. Could be cleaner and more updated, but great bang for the buck in a very walkable location. As long as you review the photos and read the reviews you should be good on picking this place. Instructions and communication were solid.”airbnb

“Had a little trouble with check-in; they said we could check in a little early, and we were able to still, but not the time that was mentioned for us to check in so we were a little stranded to start off but it was a great stay overall; room was clean, and a great location for walking and being able to access a lot of the fun stuff in Waikiki”airbnb

“It was a good stay. They were very quick to respond to any concerns. The room was very clean with no bugs which is pretty awesome for Hawai'i. Only concern was parking which they did warn about. Overall a good stay!”airbnb

“We really liked our stay at this place! It's 3 min walk from Waikiki Beach, very close to all the main places, and there's lots to do around. The place was clean, with amenities provided, matched the photos, and the host was very responsive and helpful. Overall, great place to stay if you're in Honolulu.”airbnb

“Whole building stinks. The room was the worst. When contacted, I was told that it smelled fine to them. Couldn’t make the tv work. Had problems with WiFi. I was instructed to make it work. Other than that it was ok.”airbnb
