“We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this condo in Marco Island! The condo was beautiful, spotless, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. The location was fantastic—close to the beach, great restaurants, shopping, and everything Marco Island has to offer. We especially loved how peaceful and welcoming the condo felt. It was the perfect place to relax after spending the day enjoying the beach and exploring the island. Everything was exactly as described, and you can tell the property is very well cared for. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a beautiful, comfortable place to stay in Marco Island. A wonderful vacation from beginning to end—five stars!”

“The house was well stocked with just about everything we could have needed during our stay and the neighborhood was very peaceful. The most serious issue was a flying ant infestation in the second bathroom and the nearby bedrooms. The problem became so severe that our son refused to sleep in the room and chose to sleep on the couch instead. I contacted the rental company twice about the infestation and never heard back. We eventually found a can of RAID under the cabinet and used it several times ourselves, but it had little effect on the problem. Dealing with the infestation throughout the week was frustrating and exhausting. Each night there were ants flying around the room, and each morning we would wake up to find them on the comforters, windows, and curtains. While the home itself was comfortable, well-equipped, and located in a beautiful area, the unresolved pest issue and lack of communication from the rental agency made our stay far less enjoyable than it should have been.”

“The unit was very clean and was as described in the listing. We awoke to a fire alarm at 8 AM one morning during our stay. By the time I got up and into the living room, a member of property staff was coming through our door. The employee advised me that they were testing the fire alarms, and that owners were notified. However, we were never notified, and it was somewhat of an unpleasant way to wake up, especially with someone coming through the front door. Other than that, the property was in a good location and clean.”

“I would really like to afford this place five stars because in actuality it is in a great location. It is a nice big home with plenty of space and potentially a great dock area. However, when we arrived, maintenance was very much in need none of the electrical outlets worked on the dock so we could not charge our boat battery, all of the patio furniture was rusted through, the master bath shower had significant mildew. It just felt very unclean, the air conditioners did not work properly, especially the upstairs unit. It was a constant 78° I had to call maintenance and they had to send AC people out three different times to try to address it none of which ever fixed the issue. The master bathroom was at least 5° hotter than the bedroom and that’s with all of the shades shut. There was a significant amount of mildew throughout a/c vents -communication on Airbnb non existent-Zero cleaning chemicals, sponges, or supplies in the house.”

“My boyfriend and I made the best of our stay, but I will say a few things left me unsatisfied. We found lipstick stains on some glassware and yellow stains all over the couch (different couch than what was in listing photos). The dishwasher leaked water/soap everywhere the one time we used it, despite following the “no pods” rule. The fridge leaked internally daily, soaking our leftovers. We weren’t made aware prior to booking that we needed to have all lights shut off by 8:30PM because of nesting season (no lights were dimmable so they had to be off). Gate to exit wouldn’t open day of departure because we had to return the parking pass at the condos. Not fun going through this at 9:30AM trying to avoid late fees. Front desk opened at the same time we needed to be returning the room keys off property, so they couldnt help. Otherwise, the bed was comfy and view was beautiful. Just think this place needs to be checked on more often.”

“As far as the desk help at Apollo Mark was great, Julia was good but Erin was very rude at times and a real thorn. Not professional at all at a job where she should be.”
