The whole complex was calm and quiet with great beach access. The beach was not crowded and had the best sandbars for our toddler to play. We enjoyed walking to the coffee shops and Salt Rock Grill nearby!”

“Love the location! Just walk right across the street and you’re on a wonderful long flat beach for walking and swimming! If you desire it’s a lovely walk down the street with a view of the water to get to restaurants and stores. The pool and hot tub with plenty of lounge chairs was lovely! The remodeled parts are pretty. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to cook and bake. Love that! And really appreciated having a washer and dryer in the unit! Love all the natural light in this condo. The furniture is comfortable. The construction was during the day and when I was there really didn’t bother me. If you are a light sleeper bring ear plugs and possibly sleep mask. It’s an older building so you can hear people above you walking around and going to the bathroom. The lights by the pool are bright. They have beautiful wood blinds but there’s still light that makes you think it’s morning time. Would definitely go back!”

“Enjoyed but wouldn’t return! Positives: The view from the balcony was amazing! Sunsets each night were peaceful! The condo was close to a lot of things and an easy walk to the beach and pool. The washer and dryer were definitely a plus. There was everything you could need for a good beach day-hats, towels, chairs, pool noodles, etc. The pool was clean. The kitchen had everything you could need for cooking and enjoying the condo! Negatives: Overall, the condo needs some improvements-there were a lots of easy fixes to make improvements. The AC couldn’t go lower than 72 and in June in Florida it needs to be able to be lowered. We did contact the host and they lowered it to 70. The code for the doors are all the same for each condo. Huge safety issue! Someone opened our door. Also, there isn’t a safety latch anywhere. There’s also only 1 elevator for the entire building and it got stuck with people on it at least twice. The fire dept had to come. Elevator was very slow also.”
