“I've stayed at a lot of Airbnb's and this one was one of the best. The host is extremely accommodating and easy to communicate with. The place is spacious and comfortable. There are amenities like paper towels, kitchenware, enough pillows and blankets for everyone, beach stuff, etc. The location is outstanding- walkable to everything Clearwater Beach has to offer. The condo complex is easily accessible & has an elevator, it's also got reserved parking spaces- so you don't have to worry about where to park and it feels very safe. The balcony of the condo is large and has great views! I would highly recommend this place to everyone!”

“My partner and ai had just finished up a six day cruise and we were not ready to head home quite yet. The folks at Happy Place were able to accommodate us with a two day rental at this beautiful condo. We were there for two full days and didn’t have to move the car. Plenty of shopping and a great variety of restaurants within walking distance. A 2-3 minute walk to cross the road to access the beach. We visited the beach 4 times on a Saturday and Sunday. We had plenty of space, peace and time to enjoy the sun and sand. The staff were incredibly quick to respond and checked in multiple times to ensure that our stay was satisfactory. I have full confidence that if I were to have had an issue, a solution would have been offered within minutes, literally.”
