“We had a great time and everything was perfect. Host is very responsive. Felt just a bit annoyed the day of checkout. Someone came at 9:30 am ringing at the door 4-5 times saying: oh sorry I though you left… anyway I need your signature for checkout. Everything else was perfect I would definitely book this place again.”

“What a great way to spend a special 4th of July! We were right at home! The space is comfortable and great for entertaining! Outdoor area is equipped with nice furniture and picturesque views of what authentic Florida is. The home sits on a canal that has wildlife and captures the true nature while feeling private yet is actually in a suburban area. The only flaw is that it is kind of out of the way from any actual shopping or activity you might want to do. Everything being 5+ miles away or farther. That part was inconvenient. Other than that though the space met our needs and we really enjoyed our stay! The house is clean, well maintained and the interior design is fun too! Will definitely be back!”

“The home was exactly as described in the photos. It was absolutely stunning. Lots of space and a great floor plan. This is our 5th year visiting Cape Coral and this is one of the best homes we've stayed in.”

“We had an excellent stay at this property. The house feels practically brand new, is extremely well cared for, and very thoughtfully appointed. Everything we needed was there, and nothing felt overlooked. It was a perfect place to relax and unwind. The pool was clean, well maintained, and a great part of the experience. One of our favorite features was the canal behind the property, which runs through a more private natural section without homes directly surrounding it. The included kayaks were amazing and made exploring the canal incredibly peaceful and enjoyable. The home is located in a quieter, more secluded part of town with very friendly neighbors, which made the stay even more relaxing. We would absolutely return to this property again in the future.”

“We stayed in February 2026, and while the house and pool are beautiful and is in a wonderful peaceful area, we encountered some issues on our stay. In the kitchen the sink in the left side was clogged and the disposal didn't work, the ice machine was broken, and after the dishwasher was fixed it was still temperamental. The TVs were all set to German language, so the property manager had to come change them all. Also, the beds were rock hard, so part of our group had to sleep on the couch in order to get sleep. We also wanted to include some good to know information when renting this property, they come for an inspection while you are still there on your last day. They took pictures of the grill, to assess if it was cleaned well enough. Also, for our week stay they charged us $128.89 for the electricity, and until we noticed and unplugged it, the owner had their electric car plugged in. Again a beautiful property, but would not stay there again.”
