“Really enjoyed my stay here, very clean and cozy place! Beds were comfortable and we were less than 10 minutes from most places which was perfect. Felt like a home away from home. Neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. I would definitely stay here again!”

The beds were super comfy and the kitchen, well stocked. The home is in a quiet neighborhood—a nice escape from the busyness of Charleston. Due to unforeseen circumstances, we had to check out a couple days early, but Jay and Seth kindly refunded the payment for those two nights.”

I walked around in the morning and at night and felt safe. Neighbors were kind and waved to me. Jay helped me out and was honest in a last-minute emergency I had. “Jay was very accommodating with our last minute trip to Charleston to see our daughter at college. The major plus was that we could bring our dog! The house was so cute, clean, and as described. Jay was super communicative! The area was more industrial but not far from a local park to walk the dog, quick 20-25 minute drive to Isle of Palms beaches, and to downtown Charleston. The other home owners looked out for us and one another, with one letting us know our trunk light was on! We would definitely stay here again!”
