“We had a great stay at the Green Bungalow! The home was beautifully presented with thoughtful touches like bottled water, snacks, Hershey Kisses, and a coffee station stocked with coffee, creamer, and several sweetener options. The kitchen was well stocked, and the professionally prepared guest book with house rules, local recommendations, and helpful tips was a great touch. The king bed was surprisingly comfortable, even though I usually prefer a softer mattress. The sofa bed was also comfortable. The newer all-in-one washer/dryer with detergent already loaded made laundry incredibly convenient. We did have a slow leak around the base of the toilet, but the host had it repaired within two hours of my message, which was impressive. I also appreciated the simple checkout process without being asked to wash dishes or strip beds. Overall, this was a comfortable, thoughtfully equipped stay with an attentive host, and I’d happily stay here again.”

“Very clean & spacious accommodations. Lots of clean towels provided with toiletries & chocolates. The beds were great, clean linens & good quality pillows made our stay comfortable. Nice touches were also Snacks, coffee, & water. Good communication as well made this a 5 star stay.”

“201 Retreat Ln. was very clean, well stocked with all your essentials, paper goods, games, books for all ages, and very well kept. The hosts were very responsive before and during our stay with any concerns we had. The neighborhood and resort were very nice and we felt very safe. The house is directly across from the indoor and one outdoor pool, fitness center, playground, and little arcade center; which made it nice with a toddler. However, if you want to go to the other pool, the beach, Tiffs, use the kayaks, or rent a boat, it’s best that you drive. That was a little inconvenient, but it wasn’t bad. The fire pit was a nice addition. Our stay was wonderful. Would definitely recommend this house to others.”

“Excellent Airbnb! Quiet and peaceful, the hosts have thought of every detail. The little things are what made the biggest difference, like having a complimentary selection of tea, or a sound machine for those that need a little white noise to sleep (as just a couple of examples). They have everything you could need for a short or extended stay, and I can’t wait to return!”

“We would recommend this space to anyone who is looking to stay for a couple days or a couple of weeks. We had a small crew stay here and they had absolutely no complaints during their time here. The host was extremely responsive and always helpful when we wanted to extend reservation due the project taking longer than anticipated. The home was clean, the neighborhood was quiet, and everyone enjoy their time here during their down time after work each day.”

“We rented 2 different houses from Hallin and Co during the same duration due to have a larger crew on project but wanting to make sure we gave everyone their own space. Hallin and Co were fantastic during the entire stay, always responding, and willing to answer any questions myself or our crew had during our time here. They truly gave us the "Home Away from Home" feeling. I would recommend Hallin and Co to anyone who is looking for an amazing host whether it be just for a few days or a longer duration.”
