“We had a great time at the beach front condo - All the beach equipment was great to have to use at the shore. The condo was plenty of space for the five of us, loved the layout and big balcony. Would stay again!”

“THIS PLACE WAS INCREDIBLE!! We had such a great stay at Ellen's place. For our family of 4, it was enough space for all of us, My favorite was the screened in balcony, and the location, with it being right across the street from the beach (a 15-min walk from the front door)and a beautiful kitchen for cooking. The landscaping was amazing and the pool was one of our favorite places to hang out! The check in process was smooth, the owner was very responsive whenever we needed something or had questions. There were many activities to enjoy on the island and the neighbors were very kind to us. The condo was very clean, fresh sheets, nice beds and the air in the home was fresh. They even had beach equipment that we were able to use during our stay! We would 100% recommend this place to those looking for a quiet and relaxing place to vacation.”

“We had a great stay at the house in Marco Island. Everything was very nice, and the view was beautiful. The home was comfortable and enjoyable overall. The only issues we noticed were that a few things could use some updating, such as the grill and some of the older appliances, which took a little while to work properly. There were also some minor issues with ants during our stay. Other than those small things, everything was very good, and we had an enjoyable experience.”

“Fantastic layout, loved the location. An extreme downfall was location by marina boat storage and the excessive equipment backup beeping signal started at 7:30am until 5pm -7 days per week.”

“The house was in a nice neighborhood close to many things. Pool was one of the best things of this house, heated & facing the SW with views of sunsets and plenty of sunlight. It was also nice having the house on the canal where our husbands spent time fishing when we were laying by the pool, it had coolers for us to use and many beach towels . As for the house itself, it has many downfalls including dated furniture and fixtures. In kitchen some items broken, old , and no wine glasses. Bath towels except for two were old and worn and very limited on kitchen towels. Carpet in the bedrooms had stains and unapealing . Both bathrooms seem to be updated and working good. There were power surges depending what was turning on or off. We did have a couple issues that needed immediate attention, Ellen did not respond to me quickly , but the management team where we picked the keys up did! They took care of the problems quickly!! Pool table and ping pong area not great as shown !”

“This place was awesome!! location is amazing, the house is beautiful, beach is super close, so many toys and amenities, the pool was perfect, massive OLED tvs, and the host was super responsive. I would definitely rent again. I have no complaints and the house completely enhanced our family's vacation. 10 out of 10 stay and highly recommend!”

“Location on canal was great. Beautiful view & pool was nice & heated to a great temperature for cool nights. Having pool & ping pong tables was fun. Property did show signs of wear and kitchen faucet was odd. Some outdoor chairs were in bad shape and not enough of them for 6 people and 2 outdoor tables. All things considered, happy with our choice & would probably stay there again.”
