“This little property was exactly what my fiance were looking for. It has access to the Gulf coast that’s very walkable as well as a privately owned dock. We brought our inflatable paddle boards with us and it was the perfect launching point right onto the sound side! The host was very quick to respond to my messages. I would a definitely stay with them again.”airbnb

“We had a great time staying here! We were right on the beach and able to walk to lots of restaurants and shops a few minutes away. Parking is limited, but we were able to work out a spot. The condo was well stocked with necessities, very clean, and fit our group perfectly! We loved the pool, hot tub, and even the lounge areas. Host was very responsive and we would definitely stay here again!”airbnb

“The unit was very clean and well appointed but does have a subtle smell of cigarette smoke when you first walk in. The owner Marty was super nice and accommodating and even let us borrow one of his golf carts. The main issue we had was the “boat slip”. We purposely chose this location because of the ability to keep our boat at the marina across the street. It seems as though there is no actual boat slip available and it’s first come first serve essentially which was a nightmare on a holiday weekend. In addition, apparently no one has used that boat ramp in quite some time and it is pretty beat up and very very steep. I guess most people put the boat in a few miles down the way. It would’ve been nice to have known that we didn’t have an actual slip even though we paid an extra of $150 for one for the weekend. The property managers were very responsive though with other issues. The first night we had a porch light shining right through our bedroom window.”airbnb

“We really enjoyed our stay at sunburst 132. We asked for early check in and everyone was very polite and accommodated us to the best of their ability! The place is just as described and had anything you could need for feeling right at home. Tons of kitchen utensils and Tupperware etc. We love that as we cook most meals ! Plenty of blankets sheets etc. towels too ! We loved that each bedroom had a larger bed not 2 twins in one room that is tough to find! The Tvs worked great so did the ac it got nice and cold. Overall we loved our stay at this condo! The pool area and dock was well maintained and relaxing. Plenty of seating and loved the fact they had the nice large umbrellas on the tables for shade !”airbnb

“We were so comfortable in this condo! Firstly, Gulf Coast was very responsive when we arrived early and asked about access, and the instructions for check in were very clear. The place was exactly as pictured, very clean and well stocked! Very quiet place to relax with a great pool and easy walk to the beach too! We would be happy to return! Highly recommend!”airbnb

“If you're looking for the perfect place for a beach vacation, you found it right here. The location is absolutely amazing. Sitting on the balcony and listening to the gulf was so relaxing, it made it hard to leave the building. The room and all of the appliances were very clean, and the kitchen was stocked with just about every utensil you can think of. The longest part about the walk to the beach was waiting for the elevator, otherwise it's literally right across the street. The Host also provides a plethora of beach gear. From chairs to coolers, they give you everything that you need. The proximity to Ft. Myers Beach and the traffic that comes with it is the only negative thing I can think of, but you can't spell Florida without Traffic. Everything usually settles down after 10pm ish, but before that there's a constant flow of cars. Other than that, the place is perfect. I would ABSOLUTELY stay here again.”airbnb
