“I LOVED this rental!!! LOVED. The home is very roomy, brand new, and within a minutes walk from the beach. If I were to come to Gulfport I would not think twice about booking this location. Also, the host went above and beyond and was messaging and texting us after hours to make sure we had all our check in info set. We had a last minute reservation. Just a note for future guests but definitely not a deterrent - just a heads up because it caught me off guard. This company does require you to use “Guesty” to verify your info off Airbnb. That made me nervous but was legit. Also there is a train that runs nearby. If you are sensitive to noise, bring a white noise machine. I am going to suggest this host addd them to the rental. This place is a GEM. Don’t think twice about booking. ❤️”

“We had a horrible check-in experience. After driving 12 hours we got to the condo and the guard had a different name listed for the unit. They would not let us onto the property and it took a good 45 minutes to get gulf coast rentals to respond. Meanwhile we held up a huge line of people waiting to check in. Once it was finally resolved and we got into the unit it was extremely dirty. We sat on the king bed and it completely collapsed. Maintenance did come and fix that the next day as well as a couple other things that were broken. I messaged gulf coast rentals when we checked out asking for a return phone call as i thought they owed us some compensation given the condition of the unit as well as their screw up with check in. Never got a return phone call. Overall I would never rent with Gulf Coast rentals again.”

“We had a wonderful time!! Six adults, my husband and our kids with their spouses. PLENTY of room for us all. Three enormous bedrooms with king size bed in each one. Each has their own bath. Lots of open space in kitchen/dining/living room to feel very family oriented. Love the view of the gulf. Awesome patios! Road noise was a little loud but did not take away from the enjoyment of the property. Easy to get in and out of. Very nice staff! We will definitely be back!!”

“We stayed here for a couple days for 4th of July with my in-laws and 1 year old son and it was prefect. Big apartment. Beautiful views of the water. Super comfortable beds and couches. Well worth it!”

“Our family of 4 had a quick getaway to the area and enjoyed our stay! Check in was easy and parking spaces were convenient. The complex is quiet and the common areas (pool, patio) were well appointed and clean. Our unit was comfortable and not overly complicated in decor. The kitchen was extremely well equipped right down to a crockpot, a panini press, and many other unexpected essentials! Some other perks we enjoyed: Convenient location upgraded bed pillows beach towels provided Ceiling fans”

“First, the good: overall a well-appointed property with a convenient beach location. The onsite pool was great. The rental agency was helpful and communicative prior to our arrival. They were friendly, provided late checkout, and made some amends when ants were seen on the living room floor, which brings me to the problems… Beach towels had to be specifically requested (odd for a beach rental…) and the queen bed had no sleeping pillows (only decorative). There was an intense sulfur odor from the running water which resolved after a couple days. The twin bedroom lamp was broken. All these issues were annoying and unfortunate, but I could overlook them. What I found unacceptable was the superficial cleaning. There were long lines of ants in the living room; we investigated the source and found thick layers of dust and old food under the couch. The ants were loving it. Quite surprising considering the $190 cleaning fee. More effort is needed to make this a great rental.”

“Very smooth transaction. The unit was clean and functional, Since we checked in late we had some challenges finding our parking permits, but the host facilitated and delivered the passes to our unit the following day. We'll recommend the location. Great view, not within a walking distance, but shops and eateries were a short drive away. Did enjoyed our stay. Thank you!”
