“My reason for the visit to Pensacola was for a funeral for my niece's 7 mo. Old baby. It was a place to stay. It was ok. I wasn't really in a good state of mind. Probably not the one to be writing a review. I wanted to know if I left things in good condition and this was the only way to find out”

“The place is well outfitted and in an area of town that is easy to get to quickly. The only feedback, there wasn't really any place to sit and relax besides the bed. The bistro table and chairs were a little high for me and so was the bed. The mattress was comfortable and overall a decent place.”

“If Airbnb had an option for zero stars, that’s exactly what this place would be getting. Absolutely disgusting experience from start to finish. There were bugs everywhere — including dead bugs IN the bed. The towels smelled like literal piss. The smoke detector beeped nonstop the entire stay to the point we had to unplug it and take it outside… and somehow it was STILL going off. The place was unbelievably hot, dirty, and poorly maintained. There’s black mold in the shower, the shower itself is broken and sprays water everywhere, and the door literally drips water on you when you walk in. The Wi-Fi barely worked, which was just another thing on the long list of problems. I could honestly keep going, but you get the point. This was by far the worst Airbnb experience I’ve ever had. The pictures and price do not match reality whatsoever. Save your money, save yourself the headache, and book literally anywhere else.”

“The place was very nice and clean. AC in the master bedroom was extremely bad and the room was very very hot, external fans were in there but the damaged AC was not mentioned in the listing or by the host. She also falsely blamed us for a broken bed after the fact when the boy who slept in there was not rough with it in the slightest. When we tried to communicate with her, she was extremely accusatory, rude, called us liars, and was not willing to listen to our point of view and even hung up the phone mid-conversation. She even told us her cleaning staff moved the bed around a lot but simply didn’t report any damage to her. (Essentially saying we were guilty but there is no way her cleaning people were) It’s a shame, nice place but terrible customer service and clearly looking for guests to pay for some damage someone else did. If you choose to stay here (as it is a nice Airbnb with complementary wine), search for any damage and do not assume she is already aware of it.”

“When you read a review, sometimes you have to see for yourself. Whether it's good or bad, they're probably true.. That's the case with this place. It is not cleaned & disinfected as stated unfortunately. The place is lightly cleaned on a regular with a change of sheets, soap refill, & minor wipe down at best. Maybe once/twice a month it's disinfected, the dust around certain areas wasn't a whole lot. I will say, however, you will find that once it's dark out the door has 10 or more baby cockroaches coming to visit. As do the windowsills, shower tub, & inner bathroom windows (the unit was once a Victorian sunroom). If we weren't so squeamish with these pests of the south & quick to leave, I'm sure it would have been dealt with best they could. Google if you're brave, these insects haven't yet started flying while still a nymph so they can't stray far from their nest. Due to this we left after 2 of 7 nights we had booked for, she refused to refund us for them, so we canceled on her.”
