“Overall, we had a decent stay, but there were several areas that could be improved. Communication with the host/property management existed, but follow-through was lacking, & response times were somewhat long. Instructions on where to find things were also unclear. Cleanliness & maintenance were our biggest concerns. We found a dirty dish in a cabinet & significant mold throughout the washing machine. We reported it & someone came to take pictures, but nothing was done afterward. The couch footrest was also broken. We reported that as well & were told someone would follow up, but we were never contacted again. The location was decent & is truly about a 5–7 minute walk to the beach. Be sure to use the bayside entrance! There was also quite a bit of construction across the street, so it wasn’t as quiet as we would have liked. Overall, the stay was fine, but cleanliness, maintenance, instructions, and follow-through could definitely be improved.”

“Stay was amazing place was beautiful, clean and comfortable everything is exactly as listed and shown. Had everything you need plus more! I would highly recommend the only con is walking to the beach in 90-100 degree temperatures with family and supplies was very uncomfortable and the club across the street that allows you to walk through to the beach the staff were not friendly. Overall if you don’t mind walking this place is wonderful!”

“Only place we stay when visiting the area. Has everything you need to feel at home and enjoy the beach. Nice pool, short walk to the beach and plenty of great places to eat and get ice cream in the village.”

“It was a great place to stay in a very nice location. The walk to the beach was easy and clearly laid out. A bit of a walk if you wanted to get to the village, but the accessibility to the trolley and other free rides, made it very easy.”

“The hotel left a great impression on us: the room was cozy, the grounds were beautiful and well-kept, and the beach was simply wonderful. The only negative thing that dampened our mood a bit at the end of our vacation was finding cockroaches (and rather large ones) inside the accommodation. We truly hope the management looks into this and schedules a pest control treatment, as the hotel itself is otherwise excellent and we would love to return."”

“We did not receive the keys and fobs for the pool and beach upon check in and had to message twice before receiving them. Also garbage was left behind overflowing in the garage that smelled horrendous, again I had to message more than once to get it resolved. They always respond on the chat but did not complete the actions until hours later when I messaged again saying it hadn’t been completed yet. The floors didn’t look dirty but were filthy and turned all of our feet black.”
