“The house was very nice. However the kitchen dishes were dirty in the cabinet. The door alarm to the pool area didn't work. The grill was rusted and unsafe. The pool and the hot tub are nice However the difficulty in scheduling desired hours of usewas a problem .This was not one of my better experiences. I would not recommend Chris W as host she is rude.”

“WOW!!!!! We were super happy at this comfortable property. What a great place to relax, fish and swim. Every thing was immaculate. Pool table and fooze ball was a added bonus. Close to restaurants and beaches in which we indulged in both. The host was always available for the couple of questions we had. The rules were well layed out which made things super easy. We will definitely stay here again. We loved it!! See you soon Port Charlotte, and the neighboring area.”

“Loved this place it was so relaxing quiet mornings and it really did feel as if we were the only ones around ! We enjoyed the place even if we drove 1 hr 30 from port charlotte to Tampa the drive is worth it there is also lots to do around charlotte !! And about 30 min to siesta beach :) host was quick to respond to any questions and overall a great experience. I would definitely book here if you’re trying to get to know around Florida!”

“Was looking forward to this stay, however when we arrived an hour after check in time, we arrived to find beds unmade, dirty kitchen and trash left behind. Was evident the place hadn’t been cleaned! We were very disappointed and had to scramble to find another place to stay.”
