“Very nice and clean updated place for the price for that area. You could walk to many places if you wish. The only thing I would mention is that there is only parking for 1 vehicle in the driveway and no street parking near the house. It was very quiet on the canal with lots of fish to watch if you can stand the heat out on the lanai. No TV's in the bedrooms just 1 decent in the LR which takes some figuring out. Ceiling fans all around keep it nice and cool you control the temperature. GuestGeek's were very good with communication. I would recommend for guests or family of people who live in the PGI area.”

“This was a great Airbnb! Had some trouble getting into the condo but thankfully he was very quick to respond and it was easily fixed!! The porch is everything! We enjoyed the view so so much! The pool is large and gorgeous and fishing from the pier was wonderfully fun! There is TNT bait shop just around the corner and the best coffee shop, Gasparillo Roastery, just 10 min away. It’s not very close to the best shark tooth areas but we were fine with that because of the peaceful and quiet neighborhood. We loved this little place!!!”

“The house was as beautiful as the pictures. We felt right at home. The house was thoughtfully designed with a sleek modern look, which we loved. Although we had a few issues with the cleaning, Chris took action immediately to rectify the situation. Unlike other Airbnbs that we have stayed at, this one has been by far the best one. There are so many stores and shopping plazas right around the corner and close proximity to beaches. The neighborhood is very peaceful, despite the house being on a busy street. We are anticipating our next stay with our family.”
