Guest Cottage

“One of our best Airbnb rentals. Kitchen and bathrooms were so well stocked with very nice necessities. No need for runs to the store for filters, paper towels, trash bags, ziplocks, coffee, etc. All the beach accessories were available to use as well! Very pleased with reveal and rental host, who was always quick to respond to questions and provided us an early check-in when requested.”

“beautiful place. We came down for a wedding. it was a great location.”

“10000000/10!!!!!! One of, if not the best, airbnbs we have ever stayed in. Amelia Island is a treasure and this condo is so beautiful! I loved waking up to the sunrise on the beach- and the bed was SO comfortable!!!! Zero people out on the beach or at the pool. It felt private!!! We loved the animals! I could move here! I cannot wait to come back- and we left yesterday!!! These Airbnb hosts are kind and have thought of everything. Wow!!! This is a must stay!!!!”

“Amazing condo and great location! We have been to Fernandina many times and this was one of the nicest places we’ve stayed. Very clean, spacious and had everything we needed. Host was responsive and helpful. Will rent again!”

“We had a fantastic week here! The condo was spotless, very comfortable, and in a convenient location. Communication from the host was great. We would absolutely love to return!”

“I cannot say enough good things about this home. This was my favorite rental! My children and I enjoyed our stay so very much! It’s such a beautiful peaceful home. The host was always available to answer questions right away. This was by far the cleanest vacation home we have ever rented !! Loved every minute of our stay we only wish we didn’t have to leave !”

“We had a wonderful stay in Fernandina Beach, Amelia Island! Guest Cottage staff were communicative and friendly, and they allowed for us to check in early as our flight got in early on our arrival date. It was a wonderful family getaway!”

“We loved everything about this condo! Cottage Rentals were great to work with!”

“We had a wonderful stay. The property was very spacious and nice. Our fault, but we locked ourselves out. They responded immediately to get us back in. The inside was nicely decorated, the towels and linens were nice, TVs had a lot of streaming services. We were across the road from the beach but had a great view with an easy walk to beach. Seriously, we have stayed at houses on the beach that had longer walks than we had with this house. Could not have been better. Thank you!”

“Our second year in this condo! We had a few hiccups, but host was quick to respond and correct.”
