“It was everything that was in the pictures. Very responsive. We had an unexpected issue late in the night and they answered the phone call right away. Got the issue fixed the next day. Loved the big balcony. That’s where we stayed the most if we were in the condo. We were able to see a manatee, dolphins and several stingrays. Definitely was worth the money!!”

The balcony was huge and that’s where we spent most of our time when at the condo. The staff at the Ocean Reef was extremely polite and helpful, and very patient with a nervous first time Florida tripper. ❤️”
