“We had such a great stay at Greta's Beach Rentals at Tropic Winds! The condo was super clean, well-kept, and had everything we needed for an easy, relaxing, and memorable beach trip. The view from the 19th floor was amazing, and we spent a lot of time out on the big balcony enjoying the ocean breeze and sunsets. The location was perfect - easy access to the beach, but still nice and quiet. Riley, the manager, was really helpful and quick to respond, and even brought us new pans and a coffee maker during our stay. That kind of thoughtfulness really stood out and made us feel genuinely taken care of while we were there. We also loved stopping by Buddy's Fresh Fish Market, less than a 5-minute drive away, for fresh seafood to cook in the well-equipped kitchen. One of our favorite things was how fast and easy it was to get from the condo down to the beach thanks to the quick elevators. The bedrooms were spacious, and the master bedroom, with its Gulf views, was especially relaxing.”

“This is a gorgeous place to stay and you cannot ask for more a responsive onsite management team. The onsite security team is super friendly and accommodating as well. We have stayed at this property before and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, clean and welcoming place.”

“Great location! The corner balcony gave us the opportunity to see a full view of the beach as well as the neighborhood. There was so much dolphin activity that we were able to view from the balcony as well. The property manager was very easy to talk to and responded very promptly with any questions we had. The condo was clean and not overly decorated which I happen to appreciate. Would definitely stay again!”

“Wow, this place was amazing! The view was breathtaking and outdoor furniture on the balcony was very comfortable. The home was stocked well with all the kitchen small appliances, plenty of dishware and utensils, pots/pans...did not lack for anything and we ate in a lot. Keurig coffee maker and an auto drip coffee maker was nice to have both to choose from. The place was very clean. We really enjoyed having the beach service included in our rental...it was such a treat to have our lounge chairs and umbrella reserved for us every day without having to rush down to beach and save a spot for ourselves. Riley was so helpful with anything we needed and responded within 15 to 30 minutes. Be sure to walk down (about 1 mile) to Thomas Donuts at least once during your stay, the donuts were delicious! Highly recommend! You will not be disappointed with this one!”

“The condo matched the description perfectly, easy check in, ect. However, I had a very strange encounter here, I was in the condo, and had just laid my baby down for a nap in the bedroom. After sitting inside for about 30 minutes, I decided to sit on the patio. I was out there for all of THREE MINUTES before someone knocked on the patio door, inside the condo. To my surprise, a hotel employee walked in, and said she was from code enforcement. I was immediately frustrated with the fact that my baby was in the bedroom sleeping, and she just walked in with no warning. When I asked her why I wasn’t informed, she was extremely rude and said that she had been knocking on our door for an hour. I had just walked onto the patio. So it was strange. They left the front door of the condo open, which is against the rules from the owner. I reached out to the owner twice about this, and im a week past checkout with nothing from them. Had the owners called me back I probably would’ve given 5 stars.”

“The condo was beautiful and the beach front view is amazing. The condo is a nice size, and the furniture is nice. We had plenty of towels and the beds were comfortable. We enjoyed our stay. When I booked the entire cost of the rental was taken from my credit card, not just the deposit as was stated. When I asked about it. All I got was I’m sorry. All in all it was a good trip.”
