Greer Cabin Keepers
4.55Visit website
Greer Cabin Keepers's guest rating of 4.55 is below average and may adversely impact performance. Some of this can come from specific properties they manage — but where reviews point to manager weaknesses (responsiveness, cleanliness, listing accuracy) that would apply to your home too, they can adversely affect your bookings and the quality of guests you attract.

“New rule of thumb if a place doesn’t have a review you don’t want to be the first. Boarded up windows. A “meadow” that’s really an excuse for an unmaintained lawn. No AC - which is OK but the 2 windows they have is either in the kitchen, or by the bed WITH NO SCREEN AND A LOT OF BUGS. Or yeah again boarded up… No pics of the bathroom? Yeah there’s a good reasony hand can cover the entire sink + cabinet with a dinky faucet you can barely use… we ended up using the kitchen sink to brush our teeth and wash our face bc the actual bathroom is trash. You touch the shower and the whole thing shakes and you can barely move around in there… all of this and not any more for over 300$!! Don’t waste your time here. They cancelled our other listing day of and sadly we decided to through air bnb not them - they said “sorry about that” go through them again (mistake).. Greer is cool we’re from Phoenix but these people are the worst cabin place. BTW no shot this fits more than 3 ppl.. GL”airbnb

“We had a good time at the cabin. If you’re ok with no AC and just fans and open windows this is a great cabin for you! I wish the grill was clean so we could grill food we brought. Loved seeing all the wildlife around the cabins.”airbnb

“We loved the cabin, we requested to stay another day, but our call went unanswered. We also called for trash pickup, but call went unanswered. Overall it was a great trip and the cabin was a great trip.”airbnb

“everything was great, except I called for trash pickup and a propane refill for the BBQ grill and got no response. Luckily, I brought my own propane so I could cook dinner.”airbnb

“Our second time staying here over the 4th of July. Family get together made easy with the amount of space and bedrooms. Not to mention three bathrooms. I had to tell family to bring extra bath towels. Not enough provided and no washer. Overall relaxing cool Getaway!”airbnb

“Great location! Dog friendly. Could do better to address several handyperson type repairs. The cabin is cute.”airbnb

“Extra TP, paper towels, trash bags, were not supplied. Cabin was nice but had a musty smell.”airbnb

“As a fellow Airbnb owner, I was surprised by how outdated the guest experience was. Instead of receiving modern check-in instructions, we had to drive into town to pick up a paper with directions to the cabin. Those directions were incorrect and led us to the wrong street. I was then forced to drive back to the office and be escorted to the property. Staff admitted many guests have trouble finding the cabin, which raises the question of why the directions haven't been corrected. Upon arrival, we found trash left inside, a previous guest's T-shirt in a bedroom, a broken recliner, a stereo that didn't work, and non-functioning living room lights and ceiling fan. The cabin was also difficult to cool below 78 degrees, and we discovered the HVAC filter was extremely dirty. The area is beautiful, but better maintenance, cleanliness, and modern guest communication would significantly improve the experience.”airbnb

“This cabin was a great fit for our family of six. The property is private and quiet, only 5 min drive from town. The road is also a short cut to Big Lake, where you can rent boats and fish. Renters should be mindful that there is no cell signal Check-in instructions are incomplete. The “office” where check in takes place is in town, 5 min drive away. Should you arrive late, in the dark, etc… and be unaware this could be really problematic. Otherwise, we had a lovely stay and would highly recommend this space.”airbnb

“**Airbnb pin and address is incorrect— be sure to go to cabin butler office for true directions first** I sent the host a screenshot of the pin my maps was taking us to (according to address on Airbnb) and they said it was correct and that we could just go straight there. But I think they must have been confused because the pin took us to crescent lake 45 minutes away. We had to go all the way back to the office on Main st to retrieve proper directions, and the cabin wasn’t far from there. The cabin itself was charming, and clean, and in a great location. It had everything we needed, including extra blankets and linens. Would definitely stay again!”airbnb
