“A bit mixed… the apartment is beautiful and exactly as the pictures; the location incredible; however the place was full of stuff… every cupboard or drawer I opened had stuff in it… we had to move things just so we could hang clothes or store our things. The private beach doesn’t exist and when I asked Great Stay where it was they emailed me the extract from the advert but when I checked at the office they told me there isn’t one… I may well have booked an alternative location had I known that. The response I got was that it was a genuine error but they changed it to say there’s a beach within 10 minutes walking… there isn’t… the nearest walkable beach is probably 30 minutes away on foot. The office staff weren’t as I expected… a little rude and unhelpful if I’m honest! However the facilities once we’d found space for everything was great and the location perfectly balanced for our needs.”

“It should be a phone number to talk with someone in case of emergency. We found live and dead cockroaches.”

“It was a great location! But enough kitchen supplies. Nothing at all for the oven, no wine glasses, no extra garbage bags. Could improve on making it more welcoming.”

“Unit 205 S?!! In south side building but unit is 205 N Good points- Unit had extra stuff stocked like coffee, Trash bags, ziplocks Beach stuff,cooler and bag. Unit needs updating!! Everything is old and needs replacing. Plus the extra blankets weren’t washed. Warning- They won’t give you any option to ck out at 11:00. I requested this before even checking in and was told it was a possibility. We were told to wait until the morning of ck out to see if a late ck out would be available. We did and were told the unit was rented out. Come to find out it wasn’t rented out!! Would have been nice to just have been truthful. The place itself is beautiful but like I said it needs some TLC!”

“First when we got there late went to take shower and no hot water! Then when I went to brush teeth the faucet water was hot. The toilet paper holder was hanging off the wall and the two metal chairs in room the backs were broken and missing screws. The person I spoke to said they would get those fixes after our departure so didnt help us with the water situation. Usually like airbnbs but not satisfied with this one”

“My family was 3 days without cool water. No shower, no sink. We've to purchase gallons of water near at convenience store to clean our body. I don't recomened this hotel.”

“Won't stay with this company again. Pool had Ducks and Duck poop in it. It took 3 days to get it cleaned. They wanted $25 a day to heat the pool, which we thankfully didn't pay. I have asked for a refund and they said they would but we have yet to see it or know how much money it is. Very poor customer service and management. Other than that everything else was average.”

“The place was great as well as the location The only thing I was disappointed in was the fact that we needed more towels and wash cloths. And when I let the TEAM no the very next morning after our check in date they responded 2 times and then never brought any to us or told us where to got get them So we had to go to the store and buy some so that we could take showers”

“I don’t know why I keep falling for these property management stays. We found trash and items from previous guests in our room. Multiple dirty dishes and silverware. No way the bedding was done because trash was under a pillow when we arrived. Everything is cheap and beds are very uncomfortable. We received 2 rolls of toilet paper for our 6 day stay but asking them for another, you get a tough luck pal response. Just trying to cut every corner rather than spend a bit more money and be accommodating to your guests would go along way. Location was fine but for what we paid, there are better alternatives. And the fact that we are automatically billed a “CLEANING FEE” when the place was not clean is infuriating. 4 pm check in with virtually no chance for an early check in stings the wallet too. I would not recommend at the current asking price per night.”

“The home was great but the yard was unkept and the pool had constant debris in it. If the yard was better managed the pool would be cleaner. We had to call for yard maintenance multiple times and had to purchase home goods missing from the house. Otherwise the house was fine and we had a great time in Florida.”
