Great Stay

“I stayed here for 1 night with 5 other people, and our experience was incredible. The house was beautiful, clean, and extremely welcoming. The scenery around the house is so beautiful and full of life. Vanessa is so responsive (responds to any questions within just a few minutes). This was a 10/10 experience, and we will definitely be coming back in the future.”

“Inside the place was clean but outside there were big patio weeds around I was afraid to find a snake or something else. And I consider for the prices paid should be nice to have more privacy the dome is completely transparent, even a curtain would work. Besides that it was a great experience, far enough to have peace but close enough to have access to down town amenities. Access was super easy. The jacuzzi was amazing.”

“The house is beautiful and comfortable. It was easy to check in. The only issues we encountered were with the spa and pool. The owners have fire stick planted around the spa and it’s literally grown into the spa. Fire stick is a hazardous and poisonous plant and it just does not make sense near a pool where people are going to be in bathing suits. The other issue is with the controls for the spa. There is a panel of buttons, but they don’t work. The buttons don’t do what the button corresponds to.”

“Great location close to Austin, with dark skies (4 in the Bortle scale) suitable for astrophotography. I took shots of the Milky Way and watched the Perseids meteor shower.”

“We made a spontaneous trip from Austin to watch the meteor showers and the dark sky was perfect. We sat outside and took it in for hours. The house was clean, comfortable, and in a great location. The beds sleep great. It has everything you need to cook and is close enough to restaurants while feeling far away from everything. The goats and longhorns and surrounding land are all beautiful. We will definitely be back.”

“Very unique and fun idea, not sure i would rebook as a few birds get confused by the mirror. Was able to nurse a hummingbird back to life that had hit the mirror”

“Perfect space for our reunion party! There was tons of room for our group to gather both indoors and outdoors, and the house was incredibly comfortable. Vanessa was flexible and accommodating, which made everything so easy. Having individual bathrooms with each bedroom was especially convenient. I would absolutely stay here again—great for a big group, but just as comfortable for a smaller stay!”

“We needed a staycation not too far from home. The dome complimented our weekend perfectly. The only issue we had was trying to light the fire pit, we couldn’t get it turned on. We’d like to return but next time when it’s cooler, there wasn’t a breeze and the mosquitos were horrible.”
