Grand Welcome Southern Utah

“First off, Grand Welcome Southern Utah was inordinately proactive in their communications with us. Prior to departure from our own home we were prepared for an easy entrance into the property. All necessary codes were provided, including the internet. We didn't have to contact the office for anything. We chose this site for its proximity to Tuacahn Amphitheatre, and the surrounding scenery was breathtaking. Only minutes away were a variety of restaurants, as well as a great supermarket. If you're heading to Mesquite or Las Vegas the I-15 freeway is only minutes away. The bedrooms/bathrooms were attractively decorated and well furnished, and the mattresses were uber comfortable. With absolutely no harsh outdoor lighting or traffic noise it was easy to get a great night's sleep. Air conditioning and fans kept the place at a very comfortable temperature. The kitchen/laundry were well equipped -- all you need is the food. This was the perfect Airbnb for the four adults in our party.”

“We have a big family and this was a perfect place for us to stay while in town to go boating. We were close to 2 lakes and had plenty of parking for our multiple vehicles and the boat. The grandkids loved having the pool to cool off in when they weren’t in the lake. Everyone said they would love to come back. The check out was the bonus for everyone. Best and easiest checkout we’ve ever had. Thank you!!”

“Our family of five had a wonderful week staying here. The condo was exactly as pictured, nicely decorated and extremely clean. We have stayed in many Airbnbs and this was probably the cleanest and most organized place we’ve visited. The Grand Welcome hosts were very responsive and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was pleasant. We spent our mornings hiking and afternoons/evenings by the pool. Our kids (ages 14, 12 & 10) absolutely loved the pool area! We would stay here again in a heartbeat.”

“Cute place. Great for families with all of the Disney-themed bedrooms. We stayed there for a wedding. It was roomy enough for all of our family. Our kids enjoyed the pool and pickleball court during their downtime. Check-in and Check-out was super easy.”

“I LOVED this place! the condo was seriously huge and fit my whole extended family easily. plus it was beautiful, every bedroom had a TV, there were 2 living rooms, the kitchen was gorgeous, there were plenty of bathrooms and the kids room upstairs was so awesome. they even had arcade games and pool! the house was so fun my kids didn't want to leave to do the activities we had planned. I would absolutely stay here again. thank you so much for such a wonderful stay at such a reasonable cost!!”
