“Grand Welcome was great. We had a power outage during our stay (not Grand Welcome’s fault, it was city-related) and they were quick to upgrade us to a new unit in only a few hours. They communicate great and were always quick to respond!”airbnb

“We really didn’t know the area. Where were the grocery stores? Where were the restaurants. Information on the area. The national parks. Etc. we didn’t know the rules of the place. Didn’t know where the pool was.”airbnb

“Condo was beautiful - great place to stay if you are visiting Zion. We felt safe and the amenities were great. Had an issue with ice maker but the host was very responsive.”airbnb

“It’s a great place especially with younger kids. The house is nice and has bathrooms for each room, which makes it convenient. We would most likely stay here again. A few things to note, they do charge $30 an hour for checking in early and they have an early checkout compared to other places I’ve stayed. It worked out for us for this trip but those are things that may cause me to book elsewhere in the future. It was also interesting that they had little notes everywhere about not doing things or unplugging things from the wall that would result in an extra charge that we thought was a bit penny pinching, especially at the cost per night, another thing to be aware of that seemed unusual. Somewhat minor but to be aware of.”airbnb

“We loved our stay here for a girls trip! The Disney theme was adorable and the hosts were very responsive and helpful with any questions. Great size for our group of 9! We would definitely come stay again.”airbnb

“The property was very nice and easy to find. The electric fry pan didn't work and they only had small fry pans. It made it hard to cook for 7 people. Also they only gave you 4 laundry pods and 5 dishwasher pods. For the price we paid I think they could provide more. Overall it was a beautiful property.”airbnb

“Beautiful townhome in a great community. Check out is at 10 am, and somehow, I missed that when booking, and it was very stressful to get all the cleaning they asked to be done (empty garbages, laundry, dishes) in addition to packing and getting my family out the door. Be aware of their earlier-than-normal checkout time before booking. They also overcommunicate. I received a number of messages on the Airbnb platform, and they also texted me from two separate phone numbers. They also have this iPad thing they want you to check in and out on in addition to the Airbnb site, and you have to text a phone number when you leave. Your door code will immediately stop working at 10 am and it will leave you unable to lock the door if you are running a few minutes behind. We were out the door by around 10:10 am, and I then had to spend the next 20 or so minutes messaging them on two phone numbers and the Airbnb site to figure out how to lock the door.”airbnb

“One of the worst Airbnb experiences we’ve had. One hour before check-in we were told the loveseat shown repeatedly in photos and described in the listing had been removed and not replaced. We booked for five guests and relied on the advertised seating. Being notified last minute left us no realistic alternative. Owners refused to replace it or offer compensation. Their only option was moving us to a much smaller unit at the same price. Airbnb had to step in under “not as described.” We also waited 5 hours past check-in to access the unit. The front door doesn’t lock properly, TVs glitch and go black for 10+ minutes, and the HVAC is remotely adjusted (set cool at night, changed to 78°). Poor management overall. Owners and management were completely unhelpful and unwilling to take responsibility. As Airbnb hosts ourselves, we would never handle a guest issue this way. Transparency and basic customer care were clearly lacking throughout this stay.”airbnb
