“Not worth the price point. We specifically chose the house for the shaded shallow ledge in the pool for two small kids. We had communicated clearly that we were coming with a toddler and an infant and yet we were not informed that none of the umbrellas were installed or functional, despite the 100+ temp. When we arrived, not only were there no umbrellas outside, but two were completely broken. The only other umbrella was partially broken and didn’t properly fit the spot in the pool so the umbrella flew out in the wind. Mind you this is the umbrella shown there in the listing. It also turned around if using the tilt function which made it close to impossible to keep the baby in the shade. We also had a hard time with the fake grass which made for a dangerously hot walk out to the pool and the AC struggling during the day. We wish all of this had been communicated to us. Overall, this house was not worth the price and we would have stayed elsewhere had the listing been more transparent.”

“The house was great and very spacious. We loved the yard and pool, the shaded patio area was great for our dog. Everything was clean and we had everything we needed. Would stay here again.”

“Overall, had a great stay. The house was very clean and had a lot to offer. The pool was big and clean. The kitchen had everything needed to cook and offered lots of seasonings and snacks. Note that the fridge does not dispense water. Would stay here again.”

“The unit was as advertised and showed very well. It matched the photos, was clean, and offered great value for the price. We did not use the kitchen much, but it appeared well stocked with essentials. The bed was very comfortable, and the pool view from the deck was beautiful. The neighborhood felt safe, and self check-in was hassle-free. Unfortunately, communication after arrival was disappointing. We were told chairs were available for pool use, but they were awkward bag chairs more suited for a child’s soccer game than lounging by the pool. The sliding door handle was broken upon arrival, which we reported immediately, but received no response. We were then asked after checkout what happened to it despite already reporting it. The Keurig also did not work, and again no response from management. Overall, great unit and location, but due to poor communication I would likely consider another unit in the development next time.”

“The house was nice and clean. The major things that stuck out was a space next the house that had trash in it. In addition, some pool chairs were broken. Lastly, the pool had algae in it and I ended up cleaning some of it during my stay there so that it felt clean enough to swim in.”
