Grand Welcome Palm Springs

Grand Welcome Palm Springs's guest rating of 4.78 is below average and may adversely impact performance. Some of this can come from specific properties they manage — but where reviews point to manager weaknesses (responsiveness, cleanliness, listing accuracy) that would apply to your home too, they can adversely affect your bookings and the quality of guests you attract.

Overall, had a great stay. The house was very clean and had a lot to offer. The pool was big and clean. The kitchen had everything needed to cook and offered lots of seasonings and snacks. Note that the fridge does not dispense water. Would stay here again.

We had such an amazing stay here! It’s a beautiful home with amazing views of the mountains and the most lovely pool. Can’t wait to come back.

The house was beautiful, clean, and very comfortable. Everything was well maintained and the space made it easy to relax and enjoy our trip. The location was great and the overall atmosphere was peaceful and welcoming. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it to others visiting Palm Springs.

We would love to give 5 stars...but the internet (and TV's) did not work. The host deflected responsibility to Spectrum Internet Services and the Stagecoach Music Festival creating chaos on the systems. It created problems for our guests. We were not happy with this situation.

This house was wonderful and very accommodating for our family! Safe neighbors and super close to the festival grounds! 2 hiccups: 1- was the backyard has a lot of fruit trees with fallen fruit that has not been picked up- this lead to an excessive amount of flys in the yard. Not the end of the world but maybe provide us with fly traps or citronella candles. 2- was we kept getting bit when we sat on the couches and some of my family was bit overnight in bed. Pest control/bug bombing would definitely clear this up.

The unit was as advertised and showed very well. It matched the photos, was clean, and offered great value for the price. We did not use the kitchen much, but it appeared well stocked with essentials. The bed was very comfortable, and the pool view from the deck was beautiful. The neighborhood felt safe, and self check-in was hassle-free. Unfortunately, communication after arrival was disappointing. We were told chairs were available for pool use, but they were awkward bag chairs more suited for a child’s soccer game than lounging by the pool. The sliding door handle was broken upon arrival, which we reported immediately, but received no response. We were then asked after checkout what happened to it despite already reporting it. The Keurig also did not work, and again no response from management. Overall, great unit and location, but due to poor communication I would likely consider another unit in the development next time.

The house was nice and clean. The major things that stuck out was a space next the house that had trash in it. In addition, some pool chairs were broken. Lastly, the pool had algae in it and I ended up cleaning some of it during my stay there so that it felt clean enough to swim in.

I would recommend the place. We would be likely to stay there again. The back yard and pool is ideal. The location was walkable for a morning Starbucks and very close/drivable to everything we'd want. Only concerns are: 1) The host continuously warned us about overusing the AC and freezing it up. The AC was set to 75 when we arrived and we had to set it lower on arrival to 74. On heat wave days when it was 110 outside, every degree counts. 2) They emailed a few times asking if we wanted the pool heated and it would cost $100 a day. I almost bit on it and spent the cash to keep my kids happy. What a waste that would have been. It was 100 outside. I'm sure the pool was naturally heated to or even above what they would have set the temp to and thus $700 would have been 100% profit to them and a waste of money to me. I'd highly recommend the host get a hot tub on site, get a cable tv package(don't just rely on streaming) and install a mister outside.
