Grand Welcome of Lake Geneva

“The house is clean, comfortable, and just a 5-minute walk to Lake Como. The hosts even provided beach parking tags, which was a huge help. We stayed with our two dogs, who loved the fenced backyard and long walks around the lake. The beds were comfortable, and the bathroom was spotless. The neighborhood was quiet, dog-friendly, and very walkable, which made our morning strolls easy and relaxing. The hosts were responsive and accommodating. We asked for a few extra items during our stay, and they provided them right away. The location was also great for exploring the area. The house is about 20 minutes from Lake Geneva, with plenty of restaurants, shops, and things to do. We even chartered a sailboat from a nearby yacht club, which made the trip extra special. Overall, it was a wonderful stay. We would happily come back and highly recommend it.”

“Tim and Bethany and all the staff at Grand Welcome Geneva were great hosts. Emily in particular was always quick to respond with helpful information and a bit of friendly chatter. The house was perfect! The kitchen was modern and deluxe as were the bathrooms! The house had a unique old mansion feel with all the modern conveniences. The heated pool was a big hit with the grandchildren. They were out there daily by 6:30 am and swam until lunch time before embarking on other adventures. Elkhorn, Lake Geneva, and East Troy had some great lunch spots and the location proved perfect for our family since Big Foot Valley Farm was located between Grassway Organics Pizza Farms and Sprouting Acres Pizza Farm which served as dinner stops. Our only regret was we were too tired each night to enjoy the pool's changing water color. As a family we decided that we want to return every year.”

“Spotless, comfortable home on a quiet street just a few blocks from downtown Lake Geneva. Made it very easy to walk to brunches, the lake, ice cream, when others were struggling to find and pay for parking in the busy downtown area. My family of four slept peacefully on comfortable beds and clean linens with no outside noise. Very nice lotions and shampoos provided for our convenience, as well as plenty of towels and linens. Thank you for the wonderful stay!”

“We are a family of 9 adults and 5 children. "Island Getaway on Delavan Lake" was very spacious for each of us. The beds and linens were very comfortable and clean. The kids enjoyed the twin beds and their space as well. Puzzles, games, and kitchen were generously furnished. (though we did see k-pods on kitchen counter and found an empty Keurig box in closet, but no Keurig?) Boating on Delavan Lake is good but for swimming, go to Lake Geneva as it is spring fed. It is a nice area and only 10-15 minutes from house. We enjoyed a day in Milwaukee (about 50 minutes from house) so location is great. We did have a few issues during a heavy rain with water coming through the chimney and into the living area and the pool slide water stopped working one day. We did have to reach out to "Grand Welcome" and they responded right away and were prompt in taking care of slide and replacing light bulbs that were out. I would highly recommend this home as it is provides a wonderful vacation!”

“A beautiful home close to everything but in a quiet neighborhood. This unit had everything we needed including a bag of local coffee to help us on our first morning. So appreciated. Didn’t have a chance to use the outdoor fire pit on this trip but it looked so inviting. Thank you for a beautiful place to stay at beautiful Lake Geneva.”
