“This was a beautiful home that was perfect for our family wedding weekend in Steamboat! It was close to everything we needed and the people we met along the way were so friendly. We had a couple random questions throughout our trip and they were instantly answered. The hosts were amazing, the accommodations were perfect and I would highly recommend. No, there is not air conditioning, however, with open windows and the fans they provide, the home was chilly at night!”

“Condo has a great layout. Lots of space and worked great for our family. Tara communicated everything we needed and was very easy to deal with. Plenty of fans to keep it cool during a hot spell while we were there. Fully recommend and would stay there again”

“We had a great stay! The only difficult part was parking for a place that sleeps so many. We paid for overnight parking in the gondola garage lot for our extra cars. The hosts were immediately responsive when we reached out - once because the steam from the shower set of the fire alarm (and not a big deal because I’d rather have a working fire alarm!) and second because the steam feature in the shower needed new batteries. But all fixable and they were really kind and accommodating. The condo was so nice, especially the patios, hot tubs and big bathrooms. It was perfect for our group.”

“Overall our stay was an incredible as a family of 6 (kids 12 and under). It was fantastic having two “tv areas”…kids proudly claimed the downstairs with the big plush couches and we had the upstairs one with the view at times. The table accommodated our big family. Lots of barstools at the kitchen counter. Plenty of seating!!! (That has been an issue at other places we have stayed). Great table outside to sit at with an umbrella. Beds were very comfortable and the steam shower was INCREDIBLE. Kids loved it too! Upon arrival the fridge was outside a safe temperature so I waited a few hours to see if it cooled down and when it didn’t (about 6pm) I messaged and immediately got a response and a tech came out to investigate. When he determined first step would need to be getting a new part that he couldn’t get until the morning he drove across town and brought back a mini fridge to help transfer food to if needed. He returned the next morning while we were out to fix the issue! AMAZING STAY”

“Peaceful, away from the hub but within easy driving distance of everywhere. Love the minimalist aspect, tho another table top or two in the bedrooms would have been good. But a great stay for us, and our dog. Thank you Tara”

“very clean, very cozy, & a fully stocked kitchen! we spent a lot of time relaxing on the patio and enjoying the sun. We had a small maintenance issue and the host had it fixed very promptly. Would recommend this property!”

“A quiet, nice place in a great location. Tara responded quickly to texts. We had an issue with a construction project for our building, which Tara was unaware of, but was handled professionally and quickly. She was a pleasure to work with! The unit is in a great location…bus stop for a free ride downtown is literally across the street. Starbucks and Safeway across street as well.”

“Wonderful stay. Location is excellent and it is an easy short walk to get to the downtown and riverfront area. Parking easy and secure. The place was clean on arrival and had everything needed for cooking and comfortable stay. No air conditioning, but this was not a problem as plenty of windows and nice afternoon breeze that cools the place down quickly. Across from a school, but this was not noisy. Evenings very quiet. Bed was comfortable and cracking a window at night allowed for the lovely sound of the creek. Overall, enjoyed the stay and would return in the future.”
