“Wonderful stay. Location is excellent and it is an easy short walk to get to the downtown and riverfront area. Parking easy and secure. The place was clean on arrival and had everything needed for cooking and comfortable stay. No air conditioning, but this was not a problem as plenty of windows and nice afternoon breeze that cools the place down quickly. Across from a school, but this was not noisy. Evenings very quiet. Bed was comfortable and cracking a window at night allowed for the lovely sound of the creek. Overall, enjoyed the stay and would return in the future.”airbnb

“Very nice & very large unit with 3 levels and plenty of room for a large group or family. Kitchen was well stocked with needed kitchenware and utensils. It is very conveniently located near the free shuttle if you prefer not to drive to town. The large garage is very convenient and great to have in snowy or rainy weather. Some things worth knowing are the ground level is considerably colder than the rest of the house, if you are light sleeper as we are you should consider bringing eye masks and possibly ear plugs as there are not any curtains and the blinds let in a decent amount of light and the road noise did wake me daily around 6:00 AM. Although the unit sleeps 8 there was/is only TV and it only has "internet" channels or apps but the service was "spotty/intermittent" at best if you could find something you wanted to watch and screen mirroring was even worse with staying functional. Normally TV would not be an issue for us but we missed 2 Western conference finals games :-(”airbnb

“This place was great. As good as it looks in the photos, it's better in person. Huge windows, large hot tub, spacious sitting room and loft. The kitchen was very well equipped with anything you could need for meal preparation. Every bedroom had it's own bathroom and easy to share with extended family and/or friends. The entire unit from the bathrooms, to bedrooms, to kitchen, and even the garage were clean and updated; it felt like being at home. Tara and staff were very quick to respond both pre-stay and during our stay - very helpful and accommodating. Also, the shuttle made it very easy to get around town and to Gondola Square. If I could give it 6 stars, I would!”airbnb

“We left this property less than 1 hr after arrival due to multiple serious issues that made us feel unsafe and misled. Upon arrival, the neighboring duplex informed us the fire dpt. had been called ~12 hrs earlier due to egg-like odors and unusual noises from the unit. This was never disclosed and felt like a major omission. Inside the unit, our dog was accidentally locked in the bedroom for over 30 mins. There were no keys or tools available and the cohost did nothing to help. We ultimately had to use a screwdriver from our car to open the door, something that should never happen at an Airbnb. Bill repeatedly cited a rigid policy, refused exceptions, and blamed us. Requests for a call back from the host (Tara) were ignored despite 2 calls to Bill and 1 to Maria. The listing advertised a yard at booking and was later updated; it was a sloped hill not suitable for people w/ mobility issues. Grand Adventures was anything but grand; bad communication, Tara sent defensive email response.”airbnb
