“Melissa was very helpful we had small issues with the fans not working which we needed for our toddler to sleep and she made sure to get it working again. The place is a perfect size for two adults and one small child. Close to the beach. I will say the people above can be a little loud that has nothing to do with Melissa but I know some people might not handle it. Washer and dryer worked well so easy an convenient. We loved her little place.”

“The good: The condo was very nicely updated inside. Everything was neat, clean and organized. Small, but well furnished and enough room for two. Decor was excellent and very cute. Nice updated shower. Nice to have compact washer and dryer in unit. Sectional and bed were comfy and shower was very nice. TVs worked great. Location was good with beach across the street and store, ice cream shop, restaurant and seafood place in short walking distance. The less good: Condo building itself is wooden, dated and could use some exterior maintenance. Noise from condo above is a reality of this unit. Pool is very small. Covered parking is very tight. We have a smaller car so worked ok. Big vehicles will have to park in outside uncovered spaces. Condo building is elevated with no elevator, so if you can't do stairs this would not work for you. We managed it but hauling luggage up the stairs is a work out. Overall a comfy little place to stay - though a bit over-priced in my opinion.”

“Very cute little cottage/unit within walking distance of the beach. Melissa was really great at responding to my questions and adding an extra day to our stay when we needed to come a day early. Not a very big area for my dogs to go outside but other than that it was a wonderful stay and would definitely stay again.”
