“Beautiful home in an amazing neighborhood. Somewhat odd layout but amenities were wonderful for our family weekend. Kids loved the movie room. Lots of cool things to do at the house. House could use more dish ware / glasses / wine glasses etc for size of house given how many bedrooms and people we had stay there, but was clean and perfect for our weekend.”

“Beautiful home. Lovely view of the lake. A lot of comfortable seating for everyone. Kitchen was beautiful and well stocked for cooking. The yard was a nice bonus to play some yard games. The only cons I would have is that it’s not on Amagosa Way, but it’s on highway 28. The road is a bit busy and noisy at times. Other than that, it was perfect. I would recommend this home.”

“This condo was absolutely gorgeous! The condo itself is very upscale and decorated beautifully with a wonderful view of Lake Tahoe. We were just a few minutes drive to several great restaurants and Kings Beach. We loved the place so much that we decided to cook dinner and stay in several nights instead of going out just to enjoy the condo. The fire pit on the deck was a nice bonus. We will definitely stay there again if we’re in the area. You can’t go wrong with this lovely lodging!”

“The condo was great…comfortable and well-equipped. I was upset, though, that we were a very short walk to the Incline beaches but did not have access to them. When I asked Boyd, he said they could arrange to get us a punch card which would allow 9 adult entries for $173 but we weren’t there long enough to justify the expense. Felt this should have been part of the property’s description. Seeing the location on the map I was looking forward to a quick swim at the end of the day…. There are other gorgeous beaches to drive to so this may not be an issue for you…otherwise the kitchen was well equipped and the tv was a smart one so you can access your services to watch…”

“The location in Incline Village is excellent. Being up on the hillside, the house offers beautiful views of the lake from both the living room and the master bedroom. The space is very spacious and well-suited for a larger group. It's also highly convenient, with local attractions and dining options very close by. Highly recommended.”

“We used this house for a family vacation. We have four adult children/spouses and seven grandchildren. The kitchen is well equipped for families and a joy to cook in. This place is beautiful to just sit and experience life around the people you love. The deck and the heaters were perfect for cool mornings or evenings. The layout of the house allowed people to enjoy all the rooms. The bedrooms were all equipped with their own bathrooms. The laundry room on each floor was very convenient for a family with children. This is a beautiful home.”
