“Easy walk to the beach! Cute house! I wish they provided more trash bags, paper towels & dish-pods . Also, wish they had beach chair or beach related items, but it was not in the listing, just something to add! Also no counter cleaner, which was a bummer when kids are staying! The only negative review was the WiFi was horrible. Very slow. Other than that, the place wasn’t the cleanest I’ve been too, but overall it was a good experience & we would book again!”

“Very clean corporate ran unit. Not convenient to the beach nothing in walking distance. Beening a host of an Airbnb Makes me appreciate my guesteven more . I’m very personable and very much willing to assist them with all their needs when I can, without trying to up sale them. They want you to pay for early check-in they want you to pay for a late checkout. This is crazy when you don’t check in until 4 o’clock and they want you to leave at 10 o’clock.!!!”

“The place needs some slight touch ups…there are lots of loose knobs and bolts. The hot water knobs in one of the bathrooms was completely loose and we couldn’t shower until we called someone out. Which is VERY disappointing but I’m going back someone else complained of the same thing. You only get 1 roll of paper towels, 1 roll of TP per bathroom, 2 dishwasher tabs, and 2 trash bags…which isn’t enough for 3 rooms or a week. The place was missing everyday necessities that comes with a well thought out stay.”

“Beautiful home but the furniture needs addressing. Beds were not comfortable. Living room furniture needed replacing. Kitchen table was also in need of replacing. For the cost of the home for rental it should have been immaculate. It wasn’t. There were also bug issues. They did attempt to fix it but I got tired of describing the issue.”

“Very clean. There was no ice maker in the room and no ice available on site. The elevators had no air conditioning and were so hot”

“People shouldn’t be able to play music loudly at the pool. It disturbs the people who want a peaceful time at the beach.”

“The beachfront location is truly unbeatable; waking up steps from the beach & easy access to everything made for a beautiful setting, & overall our stay was nice. However, a few things combined to impact the value of our trip. Upon entering the living room, we noticed significant dust buildup that was alarming enough to mistake for mold. When my daughter attempted to clean it, the popcorn ceiling made such a mess that we had no way to resolve it ourselves. I reported this to the host along with a broken lamp in the living room, but neither was addressed during our stay. I also noticed the shower head was hanging loose from the wall and the shower curtain liner had a hole; minor, but signs of deferred maintenance. The pool was too cold to use, red flag conditions kept us out of the ocean all week, and the main building entrance was under construction the entire stay. Any one of these would be easy to overlook, but together they added up to a stay that didn't quite match the price.”

“Location was fantastic, room was great. The bed linens were VERY scratchy and uncomfortable. I ended up using the blankets I brought with me instead. The refrigerator also did not get very cold at all and there were instructions posed to not change the fridge temperature. Water pressure was very low, however I was already aware of this from the other reviews. The shower curtain was also very flimsy and I felt I was going to accidentally rip it by moving it. Aside from the room, the building main office was not very helpful. You have to purchase a parking pass BEFORE 4 P.M. but the office closes at 4 and that is your check-in time. Very unhelpful as if you don’t purchase the parking pass by 10:00 AM the next day your car will be towed. I would suggest getting there a few minutes early or making sure you don’t sleep in the first morning. Overall I enjoyed the room. The price reflects more of the location rather than the quality. It’s it great location being 2 minutes from the beach.”
