“This charming, recently renovated top floor airbnb was wonderful. It is within walking distance to the Boatslip, Gifford House, Spiritus pizza, and so on. It is quiet with nice peekaboo views of the water. I would recommend renting this unit and look forward to staying again.”

“We enjoyed one week stay at this apartment. Location was perfect with good ocean views and one minute walk to the small sandy beach. The place was very clean at the time of check in. It had everything we needed for our stay - fully stocked kitchen, towels, beach chairs, balls, board games… The only inconvenience I remember was about queen size bed. It wasn’t stable on the floor (easily sliding left and right, when you accidentally lean on it a bit). I would go back here again.”

“The house has great outdoor space and a relaxing patio with very comfortable furnishings. It’s well maintained and has a nice, welcoming setup throughout, with nice decor and comfortable seating. This is the best stocked kitchen we have found in a short term rental, even though we didn’t cook. One drawback, the window air conditioner units are quite loud. It’d be much more comfortable if the home had central air or mini split systems. A couple of additional upgrades would make a big difference, having an ice maker in the fridge and a king-size bed in the primary bedroom would be amazing. Overall it’s a great property!”

“Never happened before for me, but this was better than I expected in almost every way possible. Not perfect (hot tub), but nothing ever is. Best place I've ever stayed, hands down. The house is awesome - virtually EVERYTHING about it. Your calves will burn at all the stairs, so be aware this house is a workout (in a good way). Showers are 10x better than my showers at home 😭. We barely needed to get in our cars the whole trip, because everything you need, endless things to do, whether seeking peaceful rest or non stop excitement was there for each of us. READ THAT LAST LINE AGAIN. I was overwhelmed at the contracts and agreements initially, but have no fear. Zero issues. We had full use of the Gazebo Bedroom, and that certainly is a BIG part of the review here. Wish I knew in advance. Not sure if they rent that separate, but would not have wanted other guests in our space if they do. Bottom line, was spectacular for us. 😍”

“This was an ideal spot for our group of six to spend a fantastic week in Provincetown. Just a short walk into the heart of town and in a gorgeous setting. The house was clean, well-appointed and looked just like the photos on the listing. Would eagerly stay in the house again!”

“We had a great stay and found the property to be exactly as advertised. The photos are accurate, and everything was in good condition and well maintained. It was a comfortable and easy place to stay, and we would definitely consider coming back. A few minor things to note for future guests: the kitchen is functional but a bit limited. The fridge and dishwasher are on the smaller side, and there is no ice maker or coffee machine. It could also use a few more basics like wine glasses, along with some additional supplies such as sponges, dish soap, and extra toilet paper. Overall, these were small details and didn’t take away from an otherwise very positive experience.”

“The house was typical condition for a Cape Cod rental (we've stayed on the Cape for multiple stays, with multiple rental companies over the last 15 years). It was typically dated (old plumbing, lack of electical outlets and central A/C, etc.), but we appreciated the updated kitchen appliances (except for outdated counter-top microwave). The new covered beach chairs were an unexpected convenience for the nearby beach. All queries had to be sent thru the management company, who then contacted the owners, and then replied to issues. We had to sign separate contracts with the management, in addition to AirBNB. We were given conflicting pre-stay information, such as requiring us to bring hand-soap, dishwashing and laundry detergents; only to find that these were provided already by the owner. When we noticed the first night that there were insects (and large ants!) in the bedrooms, it took until Day 3 for management to do anything about this, and it still did not remove the issue.”
