“We had so much fun getting together with extended family and friends! I would give a full 5 stars, but for the price we paid, I would expect a deeper cleaning and a few extras. The counter top ice maker had mildew/mold inside. I understand, they can get gross inside if not allowed to dry properly, but this should be addressed. The air hockey table needs a little repair. There was a great amount of pillows (but extra pillow cases should be provided) and the beds were comfortable. Overall we had a great time!”

“My family and I stayed in this Airbnb for 1 week. The place was huge! The kitchen is beautiful, well stocked and there is a a lot of space to hangout both downstairs and upstairs. From Outside it looks small, but it’s a big house. The rooms are spacious and everyone has a bathroom. Our only complains were (1) the beds were uncomfortable. It’s survivable but not the best experience (2) the comforters were not comfortable… they were thin and I was cold most nights (so bring your own blankets) (3) the pool was smaller than expected. We still enjoyed it but thought it was going to be bigger based on the picture. Besides that, we loved that house. The location is great. Gym was walkable distance and easy to access. It also came with some detergent and dish soap.”

“Our family rented this 15-bedroom home in Kissimmee, Florida for a family gathering of 25 people. Unfortunately, our experience was extremely disappointing from the moment we arrived. The property was not clean. It appeared that the cleaning staff had not thoroughly cleaned the home. The rugs looked as though they had not been washed in months. Bedspreads were dirty, bathrooms were unclean, and the overall condition of the house was unacceptable. We went to Walmart and purchased cleaning supplies so we could try to make the home livable for our family. Despite the cleanliness issues, we initially decided to make the best of the situation because we felt the house had potential. However, things quickly became much worse. A family member laid down to rest and was exposed to bed bugs. When we notified the host, Chuck, his response made it seem as though he knew. He was very inconsiderate and rude. he suggested that we move to another property but this property had mold.”

“The home that we stayed in was very spacious and well decorated and seemed like the perfect fit when we arrived. The amenities were great. The issue with this listing was the cleanliness. Upon arrival, the home seemed clean. As we continued our stay, we noticed several things that were not cleaned properly prior to our arrival. We found 2 live and 1 dead roach on the property throughout our stay, as well as a live flea on our daughter. There was a large booger smeared on a bathroom wall as well as a brown stain on one of the bedroom walls as well as the sheet on the bed nearby. I feel as if the property needs a good deep cleaning prior to welcoming guests again. I did attempt to message the host upon check out to tell them of the issues from our stay and request a refund of the cleaning fee and received no response. Buyer beware.”

“The house was great just needs a really good deep clean. Stains were on the couches, the hook for the blinds in the living room was coming down. The towels had stains on them, the kitchen had dead flowers and had dust all over. The outside front yard needs a lot of cleaving up. Again the house was a nice spot, just needs some cleaning.”

“My stay was enjoyable very spacious and nice but had a few things I was not pleased with like very few trash bag and things that normally comes with bnb’s dish washing pods was only two for a four night stay with 15 ppl and we used the kitchen alot and no cleaning supplies for after also before booking there is no knowledge of the pool fees and grill fees and there was no way to change the thermostat other then those thing the place was clean and easy to access and the water parks was nice the children enjoyed it!!!!”

“Check in was at 4 PM, but the property was not cleaned or ready. We had dinner plans with family at 6 PM and was unable to utilize the property in order to get ready. Had to cancel our reservations. Property was not ready until 6:30 PM They did not offer any type of discount or extend on our checkout time.”

“Many little things should be addressed. No dish drain, no sink plug, corkscrew was broken, walls need to be cleaned”

“Chuck told us that he guaranteed us we could have our family over to visit so we could eat me and my wife met all of our kids in Florida. That was the purpose of renting the house and he said I will see to it that your family can visitand they would not let us visit after we got there. No family could come in. The house was full of cockroaches very filthy. I would not recommend this to a petting zoo.”

“The house was a nice house itself and the location was great! However, it was freezing cold in Florida this past weekend the heat in the house barely worked it was freezing in the house! From start of check in we had to wait 25 mins to get in the house the code wasn’t correct there were big blue blowers the carpet upstairs and downstairs was soaking wet didn’t dry until late the next night the shower’s upstairs had red and brown hair all over in the bathrooms I’m guessing from certain looks of them it wasn’t cleaned properly no heavy blankets on the beds due to the climate changes outside/inside I asked in advance can we get a little later check out due to our 530pm flight and if we could have stayed up 2-3 hours after 10am it wasn’t acknowledged yet the timing of check out is horrible 10am when hotels have 11am/12pm check out times my overall stay just wasn’t the best considering all of these things and we had a toddler and elderly with us”
