“The stay was nice house was beautiful only down side. A few bugs in main bathroom, The beds left you need a chiropractor. For a large house there are no pots for cooking for a large family. Beds are not comfortable and need a lot of work.”

“This home needs some serious cleaning and maintenance! Especially the HVAC SYSTEM! The home never cooled below 77 degrees my entire stay. I spent over 6k on this rental and for the money I’m extremely disappointed! The cleaning team definitely needs to be fired and chuck needs to spend some money or repairs and painting! The fact that a home had a pool and hot tub but you charge to heat it is crazy to me! Also if you travel with a large group and you bring an enclosed trailer for luggage and things because you did a road trip. The community does not all them at all!”

“I don’t want to be super negative but as far as my family goes, we’ll never stay here again. There was no actual face towels to shower with. The ice maker on the fridge didn’t work and the portable ice maker had so much mold inside it just needs to be thrown away. The house was just that a house. It was not equipped for a family staying for a week.”

“Chuck, Arnina, Jona Jul 2 - 5 • Brand New 15BR Mansion/Pool/... The house is big and beautiful, but there is absolutely nothing NEW about this house . Again, it’s a beautiful rental, but the house is very poorly maintained, dirty, and not stocked with the basic necessities needed for large families. The rooms are as described, but the bed linens were dirty. Some were stained, others had hair all over. The bathrooms had hair in the shower and were not stocked with enough bath towels and wash clothes; the few towels they have were dirty. As described, the kitchen had 2 refrigerators; unfortunately, neither one was cooling properly. There were 2 dirty/stained kitchen towels and 2 hand mittens. There were no serving utensils. second floor was completely broken. The A/C in the 2nd floor was broken. Luckily there were portable fans in the rooms which made me think manager was aware that the AC was not working. The parking was horrible and we’re constantly watching for the tow trucks.”

“This was the worst Air BNB experience I’ve had over the past years. The home was extremely nasty from the front door to the up stairs bed rooms. There was black dust on the ceiling in the kitchen. Tons of human hair and pet hair throughout the home. The home had a horrible smell like dog pee. The furniture needs to be replace in every room especially in the common areas (living room, game room, kitchen and patio). It was so bad I had the host to room the rug in both living rooms. You could see the dirt in the walls.”

“Overall, the house was nice, spacious, and very kid-friendly. We especially enjoyed the open-concept kitchen and living room, which made it easy for everyone to spend time together. There were, however, a few issues during our stay. The beds were extremely low to the ground, especially in Room #7. The upstairs air conditioning did not cool as well as the rest of the house. We called twice to have someone come check it, but no one ever responded. Some of the bed linens did not appear to be clean, so we washed them ourselves before using them. Additionally, a few of the bathrooms were only stocked with three washcloths and one bath towel, which was not sufficient for rooms occupied by two guests. Housekeeping was the biggest concern. The pool was also a little dirty, although we noticed some other guests in the community mentioned similar issues. On a positive note, having two laundry rooms—one upstairs and one downstairs—was very convenient, and the two refrigerators were a great bonus.”

“The neighborhood and home was beautiful! Who ever is in charge of cleaning the property do not do a good job needs a true cleaning There needs to be a thorough cleaning every where The game room did not live up to expectations Other than that it was great”

“Our family rented this 15-bedroom home in Kissimmee, Florida for a family gathering of 25 people. Unfortunately, our experience was extremely disappointing from the moment we arrived. The property was not clean. It appeared that the cleaning staff had not thoroughly cleaned the home. The rugs looked as though they had not been washed in months. Bedspreads were dirty, bathrooms were unclean, and the overall condition of the house was unacceptable. We went to Walmart and purchased cleaning supplies so we could try to make the home livable for our family. Despite the cleanliness issues, we initially decided to make the best of the situation because we felt the house had potential. However, things quickly became much worse. A family member laid down to rest and was exposed to bed bugs. When we notified the host, Chuck, his response made it seem as though he knew. He was very inconsiderate and rude. he suggested that we move to another property but this property had mold.”

“The home that we stayed in was very spacious and well decorated and seemed like the perfect fit when we arrived. The amenities were great. The issue with this listing was the cleanliness. Upon arrival, the home seemed clean. As we continued our stay, we noticed several things that were not cleaned properly prior to our arrival. We found 2 live and 1 dead roach on the property throughout our stay, as well as a live flea on our daughter. There was a large booger smeared on a bathroom wall as well as a brown stain on one of the bedroom walls as well as the sheet on the bed nearby. I feel as if the property needs a good deep cleaning prior to welcoming guests again. I did attempt to message the host upon check out to tell them of the issues from our stay and request a refund of the cleaning fee and received no response. Buyer beware.”

“Chuck told us that he guaranteed us we could have our family over to visit so we could eat me and my wife met all of our kids in Florida. That was the purpose of renting the house and he said I will see to it that your family can visitand they would not let us visit after we got there. No family could come in. The house was full of cockroaches very filthy. I would not recommend this to a petting zoo.”
