“This is an overpriced and mislabeled property sitting there was one bedroom one bath for use when there was an indeed no bedroom and a separate bath house looked like it would be a nice place to stay if you were in one of the structures available but when they were looked at they were in the hundreds of dollars for one night which is absolutely ridiculous. Perhaps needs to learn what a description would be in the description of the property would be open space camping available at Riverside ability to use shower house and bathrooms while staying in your own tent.”

“Upon checking in the yurt was not cleaned from a previous guest, bed disheveled floor was dirty. The walls were covered in mold. It smelled musty. I tried contacting the host whose information I was given and she no longer worked for the person who owned it. After a few failed attempts to find lodging else where my husband found a housekeeper and she was unaware of our reservation. And begged us not to contact her boss. She moved us to another cabin type place that smelled of cat pee. We tried to enjoy our stay as we drove 10 hours for a weekend getaway. But the whole weekend was horrible. We had to leave a day early. The smell everything was gross. I wish I would have asked for a refund. Maybe if it was managed better it would be a better place it does have potential but I will probably never stay here again.”

“Terrible experience!!We went for a softball weekend tournament. Mind you we had not check in all day due to my daughter playing back to back all day! By the time we got to Devon's place we tried entering the code provided to us ( we were there outside for like 10-20 mts trying to figured out why the code was not going in) We tried getting a hold of Devon but it took him a while to respond stating that the cleaning lady had changed the code! In my perspective if that was the case why not letting me know ahead of time? we proceed to entering the code and parked . Went to the front door and seen all the lights on from inside like if someone was there in the property.. We opened the door and the first thing we seen was the 3 beds undone, pillows on the floor, trash can full to the top with trash and spiders in the bed.. Tried getting a hold of Devon and once again it took him forever to answer! we went to a Hotel instead and I requested a REFUND which it has not yet been refunded!!”

“Not the worst option for staying close to the diamond park. In fact, location is the win! The dome itself was pretty humid and had a few bugs, but the bugs were to be expected. I framed it in my head as a camping experience and that helped. There were some stains on pillows, limited dishes, and the grill didn’t work. Thank goodness the groundskeeper was there when we were trying to use it because she was able to pull a grill from elsewhere. But if she hadn’t been there (which she left soon after) I don’t know what we would have done for dinner because the host was extremely hard to get a hold of. I had messaged him the day before Checkin and the morning of Checkin with questions and didn’t hear back. I did message him two questions when I got onsite and he eventually answered one of the questions. None of the games were out so my son was bummed so not really much to do. Definitely only recommend if you’re looking for something close to the diamonds and not needing a place to hang.”

“1. The sign indicating the location had water which blurred the words. 2. It was described as a cabin, but it was actually a large shed, packed with 4 beds. 3. The widows were damaged and allowed bugs and debris to come in. I know bugs are part of nature but the Asian beetle bugs were excessive. 4. The king bed had a bad smell. When I went to pull the covers I noticed there were hairs on the cover. The mattress had what smelled and appeared to be a urine smell. We went to Walmart and bought bed sheets. 5. I notified Devon, of the shed sign and the bed and the window issues. His response came the day before we were to check out. He said he would let his staff know. 6. There were only two towels, no extra blankets and only 1/2 of toilet paper roll.”

“Love the area! Being close to the diamond crater made it convenient and easy to navigate. House was dirty when we arrived. Only 2 sets of towels and 1 roll of toilet paper.”

“Everything was okay until our second nights stay. Then the power went out around 9:30-9:45 in the bathroom only which also caused the hot water to not work. A short while later the microwave also stopped working to which I messaged Devon and even before our checkout at 10am I still received no response. Everything was clean and orderly that is the only issue we had while we were there.”

“Perfect location for exploring Crater of Diamonds State Park. Nestled among multiple other lodging options on the Little Missouri River. River access available on site if you’re a fisherman. Lots of friendly cats on the property. The tent itself looks quite different inside than the photos, we were assured that it was power washed and bleached for the season when we inquired about the appearance. If staying during colder weather I’d recommend bringing extra blankets because the small space heater provided was insufficient and when we asked for an alternative we never received one. The bath houses could use some maintenance, the one door didn’t lock properly and neither keypad worked. Our biggest complaint were the two roosters on site that arose around 4 am each morning and were very loud, making it impossible to sleep uninterrupted.”

“wouldn't recommend this location to anyone! Had issues with getting a refund. Pics look decent, but awful in person. We walked in and walked out. Refused to stay. Location needs numerous updated”

“DO NOT STAY HERE OR DEAL WITHTHIS HOST EVER! The view you get is not as noted; you have a view of another unit with people staying in it looking at the Dome. There is no place for luggage. It must have rained before we got there at some point as the drive was too muddy to use. There was standing water in it. The bathroom fan was running trying to dry that room. The window was left open trying to air out the nasty moldy smell you got when you walked in! Bed felt almost wet from all of the water on the floor around it & in the rugs. It was so bad we couldn't stay there. Host said he'd call maint; never saw them. Host said he'd refund; never saw it. I kept asking for it until he got upset with me 3 wks later & called me names & said bad things about everyone & everything in town and again about me. He pointed out that he didn't need my money anyway, yet I had to fight to get what he offered in the first place. He did say it rain, so it was to be expected!!”
