Global Glamping
4.57Visit website
Global Glamping's guest rating of 4.57 is below average and may adversely impact performance. Some of this can come from specific properties they manage — but where reviews point to manager weaknesses (responsiveness, cleanliness, listing accuracy) that would apply to your home too, they can adversely affect your bookings and the quality of guests you attract.

“We booked to get a break from camping. We expected a clean place. Instead our cabin was changed so it was outside the WiFi network. Cabin was not cleaned before arrival. Didn’t vacuum, mop, dust for cobwebs, wipe the windows or sweep up the dead flies. Bathroom shower had hair. They weren’t stocked with tp, hand towel or soap. Host was very slow to respond. When we asked for cleaning supplies, host offered to waive $30 cleaning fee but didn’t offer to bring supplies or clean up themselves. Also I should’ve done research to find out the property is right off the highway and made it hard to sleep. Only plus is the bed was comfy and they provided bath towels.”airbnb

“If this cabin gets some needed maintenance attention, it would be a lot better. We had to turn the toilet off at the water line when not needed to prevent the tank from overflowing onto the floor. The heater in the second bedroom did not work and lead to the cabin being extremely cold at night. Oddly, there were also were no waste bins in the unit. The floor, beds, and bathroom were otherwise clean, though there was broken glass outside. Maybe all of this is due to the start of the travel season in Northern Montana, but when we messaged the host about the toilet and heater concerns we got no response, even after our two-night stay - that seems pretty red-flaggy if you need help ASAP.”airbnb

“Hi, I am requesting a full refund of $631.80. When I arrived, the worker on-site informed me the geo domes were unavailable and required major repairs, and that the host was supposed to notify me days earlier. I received no communication. Although booked months ago back on February 6th. The listing was misleading, and the “replacement” cabin offered was completely unacceptable—urine on the toilet seat, boogers on the shower curtain, hair in the bed, a foul odor, and no Wi‑Fi. We were also told to use a community shower if there was no hot water. The booked property was unavailable, the alternative was unsanitary, and we were forced to leave at 9 PM to secure new lodging with no cell service or a place to stay This stay was not usable in any capacity. I expect a full refund immediately.”airbnb

“Arrived on time, was met with no staff. Our cabin was occupied by another guest. Slow to communicate so we left and requested a refund. Currently at nearly 2 weeks after and refund has not been issued. Read the fine print, saloon is not open year round so bring your own food.”airbnb

“When trying to get someone to message me back about the Internet it took two days, then I asked for someone to give me a call to help me out. I was told by host, Man I'm busy.!”airbnb

“I made a reservation for 2 nights for the start of our honeymoon. we drove 3+ hours leaving straight from our wedding and arrived in Delight, AR around 1130pm. I couldn't determine which unit was ours so I messaged and was told that the unit should not have been rented out, that some how it fell through the cracks of being removed from the website. it left us with no where to stay that night as Delight and Murfreesboro are so small all motel offices are closed.”airbnb

“There's huge gaps in the side of the structure so that insects arent even remotely impeded and the bug net had holes. as mentioned in other reviews the structure is very shakey. the bed comforter was stained and there was no wifi to speak of. the man that brought us firewood was very nice but the actual owners were very unresponsive to my messages on airbnb.”airbnb

“This is an overpriced and mislabeled property sitting there was one bedroom one bath for use when there was an indeed no bedroom and a separate bath house looked like it would be a nice place to stay if you were in one of the structures available but when they were looked at they were in the hundreds of dollars for one night which is absolutely ridiculous. Perhaps needs to learn what a description would be in the description of the property would be open space camping available at Riverside ability to use shower house and bathrooms while staying in your own tent.”airbnb

“Upon checking in the yurt was not cleaned from a previous guest, bed disheveled floor was dirty. The walls were covered in mold. It smelled musty. I tried contacting the host whose information I was given and she no longer worked for the person who owned it. After a few failed attempts to find lodging else where my husband found a housekeeper and she was unaware of our reservation. And begged us not to contact her boss. She moved us to another cabin type place that smelled of cat pee. We tried to enjoy our stay as we drove 10 hours for a weekend getaway. But the whole weekend was horrible. We had to leave a day early. The smell everything was gross. I wish I would have asked for a refund. Maybe if it was managed better it would be a better place it does have potential but I will probably never stay here again.”airbnb
